The ladies that were there, I forgot their names (which I'm really horrible with names), were amazing. The food was cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was great. My server made sure that I was taken care of in a very professional, timely, and friendly manner. Well definitely look forward to returning in the future.
Stopped in for lunch I was hoping for a quick bite to eat as my lunch break is not very long. So I got tacos and they were actually better than I anticipated. My food came out quick and hot that's all I care about! I did not catch my servers name but she did a good job as well. Very polite.
We came in on Saturday night for my brother's birthday & were extremely disappointed with the service. The female bartender was extremely rude and was standing around but then had the servers telling tables that she was swamped yet could be visibly seen gossiping angrily about our table and pointing. My mother's burger had metal bristles in it from the grill brush and they charged her full price for it after we pointed it out to them! Our server was okay at first but then was chatting at the bar instead of delivering drinks. We had to wait 35 minutes for our 2nd round of drinks which was beer so it's not like it was a complicated drink order. The restaurant was not that busy & we had a party of about 15 people.
Worst sports bar I've been too. Marchmadness and 1 small TV on for the tournament. Asked to put on games and was told it's company policy not to change channels. Service was awful, food under cooked. To top it off, added 20% gratuity on the bill. There are literally hundreds of sports bars in the area. Would advice to avoid Addy's.
Some of the worst burgers/ground beef we have ever been served. We took my son and family out on Halloween for his birthday and spent close to $200.00. We told the waitress that two of the hamburgers and the ground beef on the taco salad did not taste right. The manager asked the waitress to bring these back so she could "inspect" them. Inspecting the meat would not tell this manager anything about the taste. These burgers had only 1-2 bites taken so there was a large part of them left uneaten. They gave us a very small discount so we paid full price for three meals that were inedible. I can overlook one meal not tasting great but not three of them at the prices being charged. A poor judgement call on the part of the manager who needs repeat business for a restaurant to thrive when there is so many other places close by to choose from. At the very least, this manager should have taken the time to come to our table to talk with us and not expect the young waitress to tell us we were getting a few dollars off. It may be that this is not always the quality of food served but then give the customer a reason to come back by acknowledging that they were served a bad meal and deduct the prices of the meals that were not able to be eaten.
My server, Kayla, was excellent! She is so personable and professional. She kept up on the refills and made the experience very pleasant! Sit in her section if you can!!
Food and service here used to be above the rest. Latest visit left a lot to be desired. For starters, I decided to try the dill pickle fries. For $8 you get a small little basket barely enough to share with another person. Then, I ordered 10 wings like usual, paid the upcharge to have them charred and double sauced and they forgot to do this request so I wasn't too happy about that. The waitress checked on me all of one time and the kid running the food had better service skills than the waitress did. TO TOP IT OFF SHE JUST LEAVES THE TICKET ON MY TABLE NOT ONCE THANKING ME FOR MY BUSINESS OR EVEN ASKING HOW EVERYTHING WAS! THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
It was a nice day out. I went and met my friend Linda before she went to work.
And We sat outside.. Pretty busy place, so they're other women out there Drinking and enjoying the sunshine period inside. There were tables with families. They have a happy hour, and they have a late night, happy hour. I've not tried the food yet.
