Bad puncture outside lochgilphead headi g for cambeltown last friday afternoon 15/3/24,tyre badly damaged , no spare , only spray .phoned around lochgilphead area while waiting for recovery,nobody wanted to know except the great guy from adcock.he did everything he could to get us back on the road even tho he was chocca . He gave us good temporary fix which took him over an hour and got us on our way ,ordered us a new tyre which he fitted on tuesday .in a nutshell he saved our weekend and we cant thank him enough .totally recommend this garage.
Literally saved the day! Nasty pothole blew our tyre out on the way to take my daughter horse riding and after a long drive from the middle of know-where, they were all over it and had me back on the road in no time, lovely guys and a hell of collection of Renault 5s! thanks for saving this lost Englishman - cheers
We had a problem with the brakes while on holiday in Argyll tried a couple of garages without much success, but when I phoned Adcock's the answer was "Yes I'm sure we can help, bring it up". within hours I had a quote and the parts were on order and the following morning it was ready for me to pick up! LH calliper and both front disks and pads replaced. Just brilliant. Polite, helpful, friendly, fast service. Highly recommended.
Just about to get on the 15.30 ferry from Islay and realised we had a puncture. Quick Google showed Adcock Autocare in Lochgilphead was open until 18.00. I rang Nathan and he agreed to stay late to fix it for us. What a legend.
Nathan helped us at the beginning of bank holiday weekend with a gear box issue . He made sure our weekend wasn't ruined by lending us the courtesy car. On Monday he repaired the broken part so we could get back to Kendal. We were blown away by the customer service and professionalsm
We were on holiday this week in Lochgilphead when we noticed that the rear offside wheel of our car was getting hot. We were recommended to go to Nathan and we are so glad we did. What fantastic service we had. He totally understood our predicament and within 24 hours our car was repaired and returned to us to enable us to continue our holiday. We can't thank him enough. A total gentleman. Only a shame its not our local garage at home. We have no hesitation in recommending his business.
He was brilliant! A burst tyre unusual size, just passing through, no problem. He had one in stock, the only garage in town to have one, stopped what he was doing and within twenty minutes we were back on our way, and, at a very reasonable cost too! Was passing through on holiday in our motorhome and had problems with a tyre and it not starting sometimes. They sorted everything out amazingly quickly and got us back on the road - even gave us great info on the best places to stay. The most friendly and helpful garage we've ever come across and can't recommend them highly enough.
