First let me say that I have had three new company vehicles tinted by ACE Trim and I had never had a “imperfection” in the tint…never. Today I had my 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 front two windows tinted to match my factory tinted back windows. After picking up the truck I noticed a small what seemed to be trash or “imperfection” on both windows. He told me that if you get aftermarket tint there will be some “imperfections” and if I didn’t want that I should get auto tinted glass. I asked him would it spread and he said no, I asked him if it would go away and he said no. As he was walking off and then stopped he told me that he could give me my money back and strip the tint off. He didn’t offer to fix the issue just return my money and take the tint off. I told him I’ll live with it and don’t worry about. So the next vehicle I get whether it be mine, company vehicle or a friend I will not be going back or referring him to anyone.
I recorded a check with this company name on it, when I called to inquire, I was hung up on and when I called back, whoever answered the phone stated the manager was out to lunch, at 1045 am, then hung up again. I deposited the check, and my bank closed my account and states I can no longer bank with them
Had to have an "emergency" rear glass replacement after mowing, glass was ordered and installed within 3 days of calling. Was also super competitive pricing. Highly recommend.
I would totally recommend this shop. The men that work there were not only timely but respectful. Did an excellent job on replacing my windshield. The cost was a lot lower than anywhere else even in Little Rock. Thanks again for the professionalism.

They are very professional here. They are always friendly and courteous. They do great work at fair prices. You would have a difficult time finding a place in this area that will give you a better deal.
Very honest. Didn't fix the problem but was straight up and said he didn't want to take a big job like that on. He did recommend a good place. Didn't charge anything for the diagnosis.
