My family and I have taken our vehicles to John for several years. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If he tells me my car needs a service, I know it's true unlike another garage in Sarasota where my ex had a very bad experience. John just saved me from buying a van which had serious problems that I didn't recognize. That's why I appreciate Accurate Automotive, John and his wonderful staff.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to identify a thudding sound coming from my tires when I turn and a grinding when I stop. They said the thudding sound was the shocks needing to be replaced. Then they called me with another problem they found. And another problem. And then another problem that I told them I've had fixed before and keeps coming back, which they then argued with me about. During one of these calls I asked if they did the oil change because they hadn't mentioned it. After 3 days and $1100 I got my car back. Wheels still grind when I break. And, my favorite part, THEY NEVER DID THE OIL CHANGE. I had to take my car to Jiffy Lube where they found out I had almost no oil left at all. I was about to drive to Mississippi like that. I would have been screwed. Places like this are the reason women can't go to mechanics alone.

Excellent service and honesty from a referral as well. Not only Nice and efficient but quickly found and resolved my car’s noise plus a fabulous referral to a breakfast place whilst they repaired it????.
John and Chris have fixed my F150 . I had a problem with the transmission cooler and had taken the truck to many other auto shops who had no idea what they could do about it. John and his crew fixed it how I thought it should be and it works great now. I have been using Accurate for almost 6 years now and will continue using them because of there Knowledge, Professionalism, Honesty and Work Ethics.
