It is good to have them to buy the first house in UK as they can explain the terms and conditions fluently in Chinese and they respond quickly, usually within one working day.

Mr Leong was very professional in the way he handled the matter even when other unforeseen issues cropped up. He was very reassuring and made me feel confident of his abilities. He was able to answer all the questions I had (and I had alot) And kept me up to date on any progress that got made.
His team were also knowledgeable and each member I spoke/dealt with was very professional in their approach.

Avoid using AB James! It’s a nightmare.
1. Unreliable and unprofessional! Tried to fool you around and never come back to any questions you raised. Provided tonnes of incorrect information.
2. Many costs were unidentified. Also, many cost weren’t aligned with the fees listed before the engagement!
3. You won’t pay the correct amount of stamp duty as they didn’t report correct information for you. Also, they used wrong address and won’t inform you when they received the invoice from HMRC, making you suffering from late charge and interest!
There were too many terrible things during the process as well as post-purchase which cannot be listed in full. It has been over three months since the purchase but the management company hasn’t been notified for the ownership change.
Please avoid using this rubbish solicitor or you must regret deeply!
Do not use this solicitor!!! They were recommended by the developer but they charged more than they should and took them ages to finally agreed to give us a refund. They are very difficult to get in touch with as the person in charge of my case is always on calls or in a meeting. It’s affecting my mental health so think before you choose your solicitor. Totally agreed with all the negative reviews here.
Really helpful and professional. I appreciate when you visit a law firm and you don’t feel rushed. I’m walking away feeling confident and educated. Would definitely recommend.
