Absolutely appalled by the service I received from this company. Being a taxi driver, my car is the blood and soul of my livelihood so when they delay the completion without notice it put me in a very difficult position. But this was not the least of my problems, when I eventually got my car back it came with a whole host of new issues. The level of professionalism and incompetence from this company was truly astounding. Not once did Andy take ownership for the substantial losses I have incurred on account of his work and now I am back to square one having to look for a legitimately competent mechanic.
Andy fitted me in at short notice to fix the rear driver side indicator of my motorhome and did it for a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for more work and the next MOT test. Thanks to all involved
They offered to help when I was in a rush with a car fault and provided helpful honest advice. Whilst I didn't end up needing to use them this time I'll be sure to return next time just because of the great customer service.
