I've known Hung for many years, he has worked on my car(s) countless times.He has always done me right.I think he is very trustworthy . He is very busy.I can't ever imagine him treating anyone wrong or unfairly.
My grandfather had his car “serviced” at this place for a number of years and has been scammed through that entire time with very poor work. I never found out until I was handed down his Lexus SC400 and took it in on two separate occasions. The first time was for a timing belt and the second time was for a steering rack. The steering rack came out to be fine besides the fact that he refused to align the car and we paid $900 for only half the job. Not to mention he used a very cheap steering rack. About a year and a half later, I had an ASE certified tech tear down the car for a front main seal (which included redoing the timing belt) and found that when I took the car into A&A, the owner/tech had left out numerous of bolts and didn’t do the best job torquing the remaining bolts. So much for a “family friend” that my grandparents trusted so much.
Horrible worker. He did his job so slow and dealing to steal money from foreign elder. I’m not recommend this place because you guys better to watchout before bring the problems to this guys. And make sure it write down on the papers before handle the business to him.
I took my vehicle in on Wednesday, and Sung was able to have it ready for me by Thursday. Great customer service. He explained what parts were replaced, and why they were replaced, while showing me the new parts installed in my vehicle. Definitely fair with pricing.
He is very up front and honest with the cost and very knowledgeable too. He is for sure not your normal mechanic. Will update once I get my car back too.
Update: Just picked up my car and it drives so smooth. He is very communicative with all that happened too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Had to re-explain Who I was each time I called over a four day period, he forgot the appointments he set with me and then quoted me on the phone One price, I show up he quotes me another price and then literally five minutes later he quoted me an even different price so three price changes for the same work. Extremely un organized extremely dirty shop parts and bolts everywhere I would not trust this guy to touch my car.
We have been going here for the last decade and i wont take any of my vehicles anywhere else. He has vast knowledge and has never steered us wrong. That other guy giving him a 1 star rating...seriously...if it was so easy then why didnt you fix it yourself? And if anyone has been in a trade a long time, there are things you can do in short order that took years of knowledge to be able to be that quick. Plus, last time i checked, businesses are here the make money, not give away their time for free. Your car is not his charity case, people have kids to feed, ya know? Give this place a try, he is honest and smart and does great work!
Never answers the phone, at regular times during the week. Not not even sure if it's a real business
