I had gotten the free coupon to try the fish fry. I proceeded to order all the other items. $46 was my total even with a free fish dinner. To me that's very high seeing I waited 45 minutes for my food. I ordered the burger with works. There's nothing but cheese burger and bun. The fried pickles I got I watched sit on the counter for 15 minutes. I got home and seen they're burnt and ice cold. I will never be back. I also got handed my shake 25 minutes before my food so it was completely melted before I even got my food.
Great little place with a fantastic burger and fries. I tried the pub burger with cheese curds and cheese sauce, would definitely order again
Wide variety of burgers and entrees. The vegan patty was seemingly made in house as well as the Chorizo burger, both were great. The cleanliness of the resturant and kitchen were questionable however. Possible concerns for cross contamination for allergies and dietary restrictions, concerning for having a gluten free menu.
Tried this restaurant with a free coupon for a buy one fish fry and get the second half price, so I took them up on their offer. Prices are a little on the high price compared to other locations in Fond Du Lac area. Food, Service and Atmosphere was great, customer service very good and the food excellent. Only downfall is that there is no cod fish on the menu. I highly recommended this place and will be returning.
Stopped by for a quick bite. Tried their chicken and waffles sandwich and it was delicious. Crispy, flavorful chicken paired with fluffy waffles. I wished I could’ve said the same for their beignets but the jam dip made up for it.
As someone with celiac disease, I was super excited to see that they had a gluten free menu! The buns they use were so soft and held together so well…this made me super happy, considering most gluten free buns are dry and fall apart when you take a bite. However, we waited for a while before anyone came to take our order (even though a few people walked past us- a simple “hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been nice) and the place was also not very clean. We could see into the kitchen from our table and there was food all over the floor and the work stations looked chaotic and unorganized. I work in food service and I know things can get chaotic, but you have a kitchen that people can see into so maybe be mindful of that. If I was only judging the food, I’d give a higher rating…but other things factor in as well.
Naomi delivered my meal and she is absolutely incredible. She is friendly, caring and absolutely magnificent. Naomi is not just a beautiful face but is an extremely incredible young woman. I would come back to the restaurant just because of her exceptional service.
Ordered the beignets. They were hot, fresh, and delicious. The cashier that took our order was very friendly and genuine. Staff had our order out very quickly-very impressive for a busy Friday night, so kudos those guys. Only concern is that while the staff were working the front window getting orders out , there was a guy in a grey hat and green shirt that was cursing at a fellow employee. I think that if you’re going to have staff like that out in the open, they should be able to keep their cool and discuss issues with others privately instead of cursing someone out while there are a bunch of customers in the lobby watching and waiting for their orders. I understand being under stress and having to deal with many orders-as someone in the fast food industry-but the lack of professionalism of that employee ruined part of the experience.
