Visited the restaurant Friday 19th Jan at about 1am after trying a takeaway last year. Wasn’t impressed with the takeaway but that was just my personal taste. The sit down meal was sensational! I asked the owner to make me something traditional and was served a beautiful curry with bread and salad which was delicious. The owner then brought over a complimentary rice pudding with pistachios which was stunning. I will be returning soon to try the grilled meats which seemed to be very popular. Excellent service
Wow i was in Area today and was sherved mouth watering bbq wings alomg with tender lamb chops and a freshly made lamb karahi with tandori fresh hot rotis the atmopsphre & staff were great wish you was much closer to manchester . Thankyou
I had an incredible experience at Zaynish Lahori Grill & Karahi in Burton-on-Trent. Despite arriving late at night, the tantalizing aroma of Lahore, Pakistan, drew us in immediately. Accompanied by a fellow food enthusiast, we were enticed to try the mixed grill platter and a Lamb Tawa. The mixed grill platter was a medley of flavours, featuring a variety of kebabs, peri peri grilled half chicken, chicken malai tikka, chicken wings, chicken tikka, and crispy fries.
However, the true highlight was the Lamb Tawa – a dish that transported us straight to the streets of Lahore. The blend of spices, the captivating taste, and the enticing aroma left an indelible mark. The accompaniment of freshly baked naan complemented the flavours perfectly. Noteworthy was the warm and respectful service provided by the owner herself, making our dining experience even more delightful.
One remarkable aspect of Zaynish Lahori Grill & Karahi is their commitment to offering Halal options, ensuring that every guest can indulge in the authentic Lahori flavours guilt-free. The Lamb Tawa's exquisite taste was the definitive winner, leaving me eager to make the journey back to Burton solely for this restaurant. They one of the best food places in burton, The food is very tasty and fresh. The pizzas are amazing the best dough in Burton better than dominoes Papa John’s any other pizza I would highly recommend anyone that’s looking to have a good food with no disappointments 10/10
The food was delicious!! We had the platter for 2 and it was more than enough for both of us. The staff was very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend if you want to eat some delicious food at a nice restaurant! The food was deffo value for money.

I ordered the loveliest portion of biryani I wish I could describe the taste but it was just so heavenly , may I add the heart warming staff at zaynish that look so delighted when u receive their order and who I could see working so hard but make it look so effortless , thank you so much ????????
We ordered a takeaway consisting of various dishes for 12 people. The food was plentiful and tasty, it came on time. We were able to speak with the chef who was lovely and gave us sound advice about the dishes we chose. Overall reasonably priced and very good experience ordering from Zanish Lahore Burton-upon-Trent, will definitely order again.
