Das kleine Restaurant ist ein grosses Highlight in Genf. Tuskune und Goyoza hausgemacht und das schmeckt man. Ramen war ebenfalls ein Traum. Komme wieder!!
Sehr kleines, etwas beengtes aber feines japanische Restaurant in der es die japanischen Ramen Suppen in vielen Variationsmöglichkeiten gibt.

Tsukune and Yukiguni mit Tonkotsu sind wunderbar! Auch die Gyoza sind den Versuch wert. Sehr netter und freundlicher Service.
One of the few very good and authentic ramen places in Geneva! Ramen noodles were cooked to perfect consistency. The broth is rich and flavorful. Polite and friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy. Would definitely come back again next time I visit Geneva!
Je suis tombé par hasard sur ce petit bijou de restaurant, et je suis tellement heureux de l'avoir découvert ! L'ambiance décontractée et chaleureuse du lieu vous met immédiatement à l'aise, et c'est exactement ce que j'espérais pour une soirée détente entre amis.
Maintenant, parlons du vrai point fort : les ramen. Les nouilles sont parfaitement cuites, le bouillon est riche en saveurs et les garnitures sont incroyable. J'ai opté pour le ramen Yukiguni au porc et chaque bouchée était une explosion de délices.
Le service était également super sympa. Le personnel était très attentif et sympathique, et ils semblaient vraiment passionnés par ce qu'ils faisaient.

Coming back from 3weeks in Japan where I had at least 1 ramen a day, I'm trying all the Ramen in the neighborhood.
This ramen is good, the broth is excellent and very tasty (tonkotsu) but the noodles are just OK (I don't think it's fresh noddles?) the egg is also overcooked.
The chicken gyoza are very good.
A really nice small restaurant specialized in Ramen. Very tasty food with some nice-to-try specialities. Noodles are perfectly cooked and broth has plenty of umami. The mochis are a must. Great service and cozy atmosphere complete the puzzle. Great.
