This place is great!
The go-to’s are the chips; best I’ve ever had.
Curry sauce; top tier for sure
The chow mein (wok fried noodles) are absolutely incredible - there’s some incredible smoky (wok-chi) flavours here.
For me, this is the best chippy on the Wirral. And whenever I go somewhere else I instantly regret it.
She also does some really good vegetarian options.
AND last but not least, get a soup; portion’s are huge and match with great quality.
Portion size is large, taste could be better. Too much noodles but not enough vegetables, meat or prawns. There was no spring onions either, which is uncommon.
Both pictures are the same item, just different filters. Ended up throwing it in the bin after eating the meat because everything else was tasteless.
Edit: Wok In - in Laird Street is my go to now, they do an amazing Singapore chow mein... These guys are certainly rubbish compared to them.

We come this chippy all the time but last night was the worst , chips were old fat no taste. Very sharp chips like they've been there all day. Meal was tasteless
Very disappointed ???? chips were discusting there not even fresh or soft and you pay money for this. Had to throw out in the end .

Excellent, old school Chinese chippy with classic menu. Great tasting food, cheaper than all others nearby. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Perfect!!
