First time of using this garage I was very happy with the service. Car went in the morning problem diagnosed, parts ordered and fitted collected in the evening. Reasonable price.
Very Rude? Explain Yourself and give one example.
Have been very quick and efficient on past car jobs untill recently October 2023, car was diagnosed and job date was promised 26th August 2023, Car job still not done on 9th week and they have been paid upfront. Not very happy about the matter.
Here's two examples of serious unprofessional mechanical negligence and dishonesty. Coil springs of Renault Cleo, one coil cap put on the wrong way round. Job was paid for in cash. Extra trip required to garage to be put right with no extra charge though with much inconvenience.
22th September 2023 Volkswagen Golf. £100 was agreed and You was paid upfront in cash on 22nd September when broken down car was dropped off for a none english speaking neighbour of mine who was to get his car back that same day. At the end of 22nd You said by phone You got the Clutch master cylinder part, though a small rubber seal also needed changing and that was arriving on 25th after the weekend. The none english speaking neighbour of mine picked up his car on 25th September and he was given a invoice to pay exceeding the cash upfront payment of £100 to an extra £135. card payment Invoice Reference 1234 because of this small rubber seal which is not priced on the invoice paid by card by the none english speaking neighbour of mine though the original part was £5. cheaper than the phone quote price. The car developed the same fault of clutch pedal dropping to the floor so gears could not be ingaged and broke down in carmarthen a couple of days latter. The garage did put the car right at extra inconvenience to the paying customer after the car was taken to the garage at an extra cost to him. No extra charges from garage were charged for fault to be put right.
First time using this independent garage . A friendly owner who put on the heating whilst they defrosted the loan car. A full service given and an advice print out of areas of concern. It cost less than advertised and was very competitive. I would certainly use them again and only 14 min from home.
Had replacement clutch and DMF done here.Collected vehicle from house and repaired to a very high standard. Very competitive price and very pleasant and honest staff.Diagnosed problem staight away and gave price before starting.They even collected my father from his home to collect the van when it was ready.First class service will definitely use again
You can't take a customers money even if you didn't ask for payment up front then refuse to do the work because they were rude after waiting 9 weeks for a car to be sorted this is not good customer service and your comment is very unprofessional you should of explained all this before Richard dropped his car to you we are all struggling but In my opinion the way you as a garage have handled this matter is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
