Edited my review as it looks like they have had a refurb and improved their hygiene although only to 3. Food is still nice I think the spicy chicken burger is the one to go for.

I have to be honest so the food is actually fine but my complaint is regarding the arrogant old man who served me.
He was extremely rude and aggressive when I merely asked him about why the prices had gone up. I would have expected better from a senior citizen who should have had so many years to learn the etiquettes of communication.
Unfortunately, I don't know his name or anything; but the only way I can warn people is that he was an old guy, short in height and wore dress pants and a shirt instead of traditional uniform.
Maybe he is the owner or something? But that only makes it all the more embarrassing that the staff are more well behaved than their employer.
Very disappointed with his attitude and I sincerely hope that it was a one off. Nonetheless, such attitudes are totally unacceptable and I hope someone will educate him so that he is more capable in the future.
P.S I have noticed that the apparent owner has replied to some comments in a manner that affirms what I have said. You need to change the negative attitude. No professional businessman responds to feedback by mocking the people who write these reviews. It's shocking!
The chicken burger has gone downhill! It tasted old and dry. The tea cake was cold which made the burger taste worse. Worst of all the chips were raw!
I've had quite a few burgers in my time, but I have to say the chicken burgers from here are amazing ???? some of the tastiest food I've ever had, full of flavour in every bite
Prices gone up Service and taste gone down hill. I was one of first customer the day it opened. Now its dry small chicken cutting costs by reducing the portion to microscopic level.
