Told the pharmacist I have a severe allergy to non steroidal anti-inflammatorys. He recommended a medication and told me it wasn’t a non steroidal anti-inflammatory. Upon googling it is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory and I would have died if I had taken this medication. Tried to call back 4 times and now they won’t pick up the phone.
Great customer service! They always sort me out with medication on time. I recently had my b12 injection done in their new clinic upstairs and it worked wonders

I just want to thank ALL the staff for what they have done and been doing for me. The staff go well out of their way to help you with everything. Aleks, who is the pharmacist there, has helped me no end; for a LONG time. Not only did she go out of her way to help people during the pandemic, i mean, she was LITERALLY the only staff there at one point, goijg forwards and backwards to the door, so that people could have their prescriptions.. They didn't even supply her with hand sanitizer, so she had to change gloves for every patient, and wash her hands. Yesterday, all the staff in there were SO helpful. Aleks saw that I wasn't right. She knows me, so could see i wasn't my usual self Told me to sit down, it turned out that I was having a panic attack over the fact that the Doctors surgery hadn't sent my prescription over. But they went out of their way to make sure I was OK. So, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY ENOUGH. Paul Rogers Jr.

Unorganised, unreliable.
Don't answer the phone, my mother rang 9 times before they answered, when she was in there, the phone was ringing constantly and was on loud speaker, saying they do not accept voicemails.
Absolute joke of a place. Had me going back and forth to the doctors because they said they didn't have my prescription then said the Internet wasn't working, however he was able to see my previous prescriptions etc. The staff do not have any clue how to run a pharmacy. They suggested I buy an item instead of getting it on prescription, then didn't have any in stock. They said my prescription wrong. They said my name wrong after me correcting them 4 times. Bad customer service. Do NOT recommend.
I'm understanding person especially about being busy as I'm working in busy environment as well but waiting for two hours for prescription being in pain is something else. Terrible especially when you can see, that people are not putting any effort into getting faster and you're trapped there because hospital prescriptions are not accepted in any other pharmacy.
Service was rude and rushed. I ordered my medications online and the person behind the counter could not find it. I went to nearby boots pharmacy and they confirmed they can see a prescription in the Rowlands pharmacy. It was near lunchtime so I assume that someone was hungry and not bothered to do the job properly. I waited 40 mins in the cold to get my medication for the same person to pass me by and not bother to ask if I was ok and checked regarding medicine.
They never find the prescription but when I phone the GP in front of them it does magically appears!! I'm not sure what's the point to keep someone else prescription and make people to ask for it again. it has happen to me few times. U should get some well trained staff or people who actually likes working there, they act like they hate their job. So rude and unpolite. Awfull!
