Wyoming's Rib and Chop House made our late-night dinner date absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the cozy and inviting atmosphere created the ideal setting for a romantic evening.
The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire visit.
The food was the highlight of our night. The ribs were so tender they practically melted in our mouths, with a smoky flavor that was out of this world. The steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Each dish we tried was a testament to the chef's expertise and commitment to quality.
The sides were just as impressive, bison chili and wild rice standing out as some of the best we've ever had. To top it all off, the dessert menu provided the perfect sweet ending to our delightful meal.
Wyoming's Rib and Chop House is a true gem, offering exceptional cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting. I can't recommend it highly enough for a late-night dinner date. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, this is the place to go.
Chop chop ! The beef came roaming in. On a road trip throw the grassy lands, where buffalo once roamed and the hillsides in evergreen , the beef certainly have taken advantage of everything grass fed. Perfectly cooked and tender , the ribeye was could have been cut by a fork. With the graciousness of service, Mady was on point with her 15 step table service. Not only did she have a beautiful smile, it certainly was the seasoning to every plate she presented to my table. She knew her menu and lifted this establishment to the next level, bravo!???????? a day Glo presentation!
The atmosphere is really nice, beautiful building and decor. I sat at the bar and the service was good, very friendly bartenders and staff. The food was good but not great. I had the chicken fried chicken, I rarely order that so that might have been part of the problem. Parking is easy, big parking lot.
We came in at 2:30, not many patrons. My wife had the Apple Almond salad, she enjoyed it. I ordered Fulton street ribs, with a salad, Mac and cheese, and fries. The salad was good. The restaurant was not busy, food took a long to get and food was not fresh or hot. Ribs were just average, very soft, barely warm. Fries were over seasoned, barely warn, tough, dry but not crisp. Mac and Cheese was pasty, reheated and cooled again, little flavor. Not a good experience.
I’ve never stopped in and ate here before. But had lunch today and it was worth the stop. They have a large selection on the menu and the food is really good. I had burger and my brother had a BLT. So if you are wanting a good burger this is a good place to stop this town is not short on good burgers. But the advantage of this place it’s off the main hey pulling into town if you are coming from the south.
The front staff was amazing when we arrived and our waitress Sam was THE BEST ever. Super personality, very helpful on food and drink selections, and made for a FUN night with my kid. Food was great…too much to finish, actually! A very enjoyable experience and MUCH needed on a Friday night.
I went with my family and they were polite but I felt like they would prefer if there was no young ones, age range was 6 to 15. They did have a kids menu of 4 or 5 items and all came in a little paper classic car. Kids menu is only up to age 10 so my small 11 year old ate from the adult menu, he wasn't able to finish half of his food. I had a 7 oz steak that was cooked to a perfect medium rare and sautéed spinach that was cold. My husband got the half rack of ribs and he said they were dry even slathered with sauce as they were. My kids all thought the food was good.
On service it was fair, our drinks ran empty and sat there for several minutes before our server refilled them. It was not that busy and from my experience they had more then enough server to cover the little amount of tables.
I really like the one in Billings, MT but this one was nothing compared to them. For the price you spend I expect better service and not cold food to boot. I really don't like giving anything below 4 stars but this was a 3 star. I hope it was that they were just "off" that day.
Fantastic Steak restaurant with some delicious steaks. I ordered the New York Strip Steak, grilled medium with a baked potato. It's expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for.
