Extremely friendly and helpful, so wonderful to have this garage in the village! Really convenient and they are always lovely. Amazing to be able to buy fuel in the village too, great to be able to swing by there on the way to work.
I have to say in recent years the garage got a lot worse than it was before, very unprofessional.The MOT takes a whole day from 07:00 til 18:00.Then he calls you and say he failed the car because the handbrake clicked 9 times not 7. When I asked him why he hasn't adjusted it, the answer is it's not his job. Then asked him if he would fit 2 lower ball joints, I purchased original parts from the dealership. He says no, he only fits parts supplied by Bennett. I wouldn't question the quality of their product but I prefer original parts. I asked him to replace my tyres, the workshop is empty but he's busy all in October.....I think in the 70s 80s you could treat people like this , but this day and age it's extremely unprofessional
I use this garge for everything. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. This is a small garage with a helpfull and friendly atmosphere. Work is always to an excellent standard. One of the few trustable garages left. If they say it needs fixing, it does! Straight honest talk and no "talking the job up". You can leave your pride and joy with them knowing it is in safe hands and you will not pick your car back up with "extra" mileage!!!!!!!
Overall an excellent family run business who are always willing to go that extra mile to help you out.
Above excellent service. My van broke down due to an alternator fault and even though they were extremely busy, I had my van with a brand new alternator and full battery charge the very next day. I can't fault this garage for service and honesty. Thanks guys
