If I could give a 0 then I would. Worst dental practice. The dentist is a rude, arrogant and a very bad lady. Don’t ever go there again. The dentist doesn’t listen to you and just tells you off. Pathetic woman. This place should be shut down.
Took both my kids for their check up. The doctor was very patient and didn’t push my son for a filling that he was scared to get done and suggested to bring him another day when he is more relaxed. The staff is friendly.
Worst dentist ever the dentist is unprofessional unethical she shouldn't be practicing this dentist should be closed down or the dentist working there should have her license canceled. She nearly choked my cousin wouldn't let her get up to clear her throat wile removing a back tooth that she was breaking into pieces instead of pulling it out. It was terrifying to watch the way she was treating the patient
NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST !!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.
Worst possible dentist ever, rude dentist to my younger brother's, never coming here again, she shouted at him for checking a notification on his phone (whilst waiting for his brother to be checked by dentist) saying no phone policy (however that's for talking on phone not for checking notifications), shouted at them for having a wobbly tooth and not taking it out sooner.... How could he when it started to wobble recently and their appointment was today. Never taking them here again. DON'T GO. The place is falling apart, broken glass in waiting room, COLA bottle used for the water container in the dentist machinery, non sanitised equipment that goes into the patient's mouth. Squeaky dentist chair, still use old paper documents. Graffiti on radiator. Overall I was most appalled at the way the dentist spoke to my brother's I've never heard such shouting towards a kid from the dentist. My brothers were scared to go in today and now that I've taken them instead of my mum I can see why they were sacred to go in, my mum told me of the situation before but today I see it for myself. You're treated like trash. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY. NEVER GO.
worst experience in my life, I regret that I took my son there, 3 fillings fell out in few days and The worst was when one tooth ended up with a dental fistula, a serious condition that the dentist caused and later she didn't want to do anything about it because she said she didn't want to traumatize the child. from a tiny hole for treatment, My son ended up in pain and had to go to the hospital and have a tooth removed, no surprise if the dentist is in a hurry and the appointment takes 5 minutes, terrible service, I absolutely do not recommend it, avoid this place,
Absolutely brilliant. The Dentist here is superb. I think the trouble with google reviews is, you need to take into account the amount of people seen to the amount of negative reviews, as your more and likely to post a negative, but you rarely go on here to post positive. I had to have a back tooth removed that had broke off below the gum line, she said 5 minutes and it was 5 minutes and spoke and reassured me all the way through. Can't fault it. Edit 08/04/2021. Booked an appointment with the Hygienist and thoroughly recommended. The young lady in there was excellent. Very reassuring all the way through.
Update 13/03/2024 : Well I'm still at this dentist, and still no issues at all. The lady is still as professional as ever and I really don't know what these other reviews are talking about. Never been rude to me, but then I speak to people how I would like to be spoken to and you get the rewards of that.
I went there with my dad twice now to translate for him and I want to give 0 star because the lady dentist is horrible and gets annoyed at every thing. With this dentist, you cannot ask questions or she gets annoyed. She’s also islamophobic as she asked me to take off my hijab twice now whereas even when I go to the GP, it was never necessary, and bear in mind that I was not the patient myself but my dad. In addition to rude and poor behaviour, she did the filling on the wrong tooth on my dad. Awful experience and if I could, I would also give minus infinity stars. Absolutely ridiculous that a public health care behaves this way. She should undergo training on how to deal with patients first.
Avoid at all costs, my partner went with a hole in tooth, had to wait a week for an x-ray to come back, then lost that x-ray another week wait put in a filling that didn't stop any pain, he ended up at the hospital because face swelled up had root canal and a proper filling even the hospital was shocked this dentist didn't do it in the first place.... They are just after money even had to give money to get first appointment which wasn't in line with NHS! Shocked at how bad they are!
