My brother just took my senior citizen dad to wonder cuts. He’s pretty tall; he’s 6’8. The lady with red hair refused to cut his hair - she said he’s too tall and her neck hurts. Aren’t the chairs adjustable?

I Explained to one of the stylist in the shop how low I wanted my taper and she went up high anyway like she didn't really care what I told her. She cuts it how she wants to cut it and done it 2 times without listening. Listening to the clients is the key. If not, no one like me will be returning back to that shop and she's really loud and nosy too. Asking me personal questions like she bored or something...Don't waste your time coming here. Its the only medium dark skin young lady in the shop. Learn how to listen to what the client say.
Went to Wonder Cuts this morning and was so pleased. Althea cut my hair. She was so sweet, professional and attentive to the style I wanted. Highly recommend her services.
This was the most embarrassing experience of my life and will never go to this salon again. Me and my mom were talking about getting our haircut for weeks now, she wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t up for it then but right when we got the chance we finally said okay let’s go get it done! So we enter the salon and there was an older man ahead of us that went in first he may have been 65 or 70, he walks in first then we follow right as we walk in I go to sit down and my mom stands in in line, there were 1 incompetent individual cutting a clients hair and RIGHT, RIGHTTTTTT when she saw us she says and I quote” I’m tired I ain’t cutting no more hair I gotta life I wanna go home, wah wah like a 2 year old. first off! FIRST OFF!! Who says that when a customer comes in to give your store money and possibly leave a decent tip for you. This person came off extremely rude, hateful and LAZY. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to this place again, To have a woman say that right when you walk in and are excited about getting a haircut, you should be ashamed of yourself and gain some communication skills when money is walking through that door. Anyways.
Long time customer but I will never return. Went in today to wait my turn asked when I walked in to give my name and the the name of the stylist I would like. I asked for Amanda. While there were others waiting there were 8 stylists so it shouldn't have been a problem. After waiting a half an hour there was only one person in front of me when a mother walks in with her son. At this point they say that the son was next for Amanda and the other gentleman was after him. If it is first come first serve you have to wait onsite. I was not going to wait another hour for a haircut. I liked the way Amanda cut my hair but they handled the situation very unprofessionally.
The store seems to be under new management
I have been coming to this Wonder Cuts for several years and have always gotten a good hair cut. Depending on the time of day you may be in for a little wait. Amber has been cutting my hair and I really like the job she does, always at the right length.
My friend came in around 4pm to get a fresh cut. The lady didn’t give her the proper service. I wish I could remember the woman’s name but unfortunately I do not. The woman seemed to be in a rush and didn’t forget to mention that they close at 6pm, which was quite rude.
