I ordered the food through Just Eat. I ordered at 06:00 pm and I received food at 07:20 pm. As you can imagine, the food was cold. It was mentioned in the menu that the food is spicy. But it was not spicy at all. It came in nice eco-friendly boxes. The noodles were soggy. The Singapore noodles was like readymade wi-wi.
They had their own delivery, that could be the reason it was delayed.
It may taste better if it's served in the restaurant .
Disgusting scammers, place an order via Uber Eats then cancelled by them, taking the full amount as a cancellation fee. Currently fighting with Uber to get a refund. If they don't I will be going to the bank, trading standards and police for fraud. Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering but when they have an Uber Eats medal for customer service you expect more. Avoid this place. They used the excuse of not being able to charge my card as the reason for cancelling yet still took the money
Scam of a place. Tried ordering about 5 times on uber eats, every time cancelled by them minutes after accepting and still charged me. I waiting multiple days for this to be resolved and it still hasn't. I will be contacting about this fraudulent behaviour. Over £130 wasted trying to order.
Will never try and order from here again, twice now I have had my order cancelled straight after it was accepted, then they had the cheek to charge me for cancelling! I had to wrangle with Uber and prove I didn't cancel. Definitely avoid.
The front of the shop was shut when we came down to see where our order was, after a 90 minute wait & nobody would answer to us or deliveroo. It was also ‘open’ hours.
Then we get home & nearly half an hour later the food comes.
Absolute joke. You play people off with long deliveries, hoping they cancel so they don’t ask for a refund.
Tried this place for the first time this evening and it was amazing!
The delivery was on time and the food was superb!
As a vegan I was amazed by the amount of options available and the allergy listing helps so much!
The homemade seitan was incredible!!

Made an order through uber, within 2 minutes the restaurant cancelled it, but now I'm being charged full price as they've said I cancelled and they had started cooking! Just a bunch of thieves!! How much food can you cook in 2 minutes! If I could rate zero I would!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Like other review, unfortunately after 30 minutes they cancelled the order, stated it was me (a lie) and kept the money. If you are going to order after reading this, just protect yourself, don't be another victim to these fraudsters.
