Ordered my food, there was a wait because they were extremely busy. But there was a young lady there with glasses. If she isn’t the manager already, she should be. The way she handled every order, went to the back, packed everything, brought things to the table, packed orders, gave other orders to the other employee, restocked and just kept going without missing a beat. Work ethic to be admired.
I drove 30 minutes with my friends to try Wingstop for the first time and they did NOT disappoint. We walked in and the kind man at the register, Steven, immediately welcomed us and took our order. The store was spotless and service was impeccable. The ambiance was comforting and welcoming. We were told the food would take 15 minutes and it took less than 10. Not only that, it tasted absolutely amazing. Best wings i’ve ever had. We enjoyed our food and Steven asked us how we liked it. We told him it was amazing and he was so polite and happy to hear it. Throughout the meal he asked if we needed anything, and always made sure we were taken care of. Before we left we talked for a while longer and promised him we’d be back. Steven should win World’s best employee and everyone at this Wingstop location deserves a raise. We need more Steven’s in this world. He is so pure and kind-hearted. Keep doing what you’re doing Steven! You’re going places.
Came here the other day with a friend and we both got food poisoning :( very upset because it was our first time trying wingstop. The tenders were great but the fries tasted like cardboard and were very overcooked. The service was great though.
Never order using the food delivery apps. This store will never give you your complete order. And the apps will never give you a comparable refund. I’m not clear about why it’s so hard to include the drinks. I’ve been burned on a couple of occasions with this. More recently my co-worker had it happen twice. Today to meals missing the drinks and fries for one of the orders. I called the store and of course no one answered.
Went there with my friends and it did not disappoint! Steven who was working there was the kindest worker ever. Will definitely be back just because of him.
One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. First of all everything is dirty and sticky- the doors, the floor, the countertops, the walls! Literally everything has a sticky residue on it. Also aside from the very nice girl at the counter who was very sweet and helpful, the customer service was very poor. The soda machine was out of almost every soda brand except Coke and Fanta…We had to ask for everything- straws, napkins, ketchup, even toilet paper!…Both bathrooms were horrifically dirty too… We also had to wait for AN HOUR to get our wings and the place was dead, besides us (party of two) there was one other family waiting for their wings and we both sat waiting for an hour. Ridiculous! We will never be back.
I ordered 1 sandwich, literally 1, they said it would take 10 min, I had an Uber coming that was 17 minutes away, long story short my Uber canceled and I’m still waiting for my food 30 minutes later, don’t order here if you have anything planned for the rest of your day
This location ain’t it.
I ordered in-store and I waited an HOUR for 2 wings combos. and get this. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I asked for bbq and got Lemon pepper!! After waiting AN HOUR!! My Cajun fries were soggy, burnt and cold, with no seasoning . Not even salt! I took em home and added salt, pepper and oregano or something, and still was inedible. I can’t make this up. I feel bad for the uber driver who was there before me and was still there when I left. Best believe don’t ever do an Uber pick up here as a driver or customer. Wing-Stop do yourself a favor and hire more people, ones who don’t threaten to quit aloud while making food. or close this abomination.
