If I could give something below 1 star I would. Never have I been to a place with equally bad food and service. Me and some friends placed a very basic order for wings all together and we ended up waiting well over 30 minutes - probably closer to 45 in all honesty. We saw countless people order and receive their food prior to ours. What was worse is that the waiting area in the store is very small, and with the layout, all the heat from the kitchen made its way to the front. And at this time of year, waiting outside isn’t any better. Eventually we are asked what we are waiting on and we mention we already order. They admit that they forgot our order and would “get started”. We finally get our food and guess what? It was wrong. We got cheese fries as opposed to regular fries… Some may consider that great except that half of us are lactose intolerant. Ultimately, the food was mediocre at best. This has honestly soured my entire perception of Wingstop. I see no reason to go to one ever again.
I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! Ordered a delivery through the app. Order is delivered. Didn’t get any of the fries I ordered. My husband took one bite into his chicken sandwich and it was GOOEY AND RAW!! This Wingstop needs to do better. I am so disappointed. Never ever again.
I also went up to the store so they could fulfill the fries I paid for. No apology. No nothing.
Sucks when you pay for delivery fee AND tip the driver 20% ahead of time as well.
Ordered 10 wings and carrots online. It said 11 to 16 minute wait. I go in and there is 4 employees 1 scrubbing an oil pan in the back and doing dishes busting his butt, one lady walking around sporadically. 1 kid preparing all the food. The girl who was greeting people proceeded to go sit in the corner on an office chair rather than help get orders together.... took entirely too long for a small order. Carrots and a ranch cup was almost 6$ !!! Get home and there are 4 small carrots in the container...the wings were fresh and good.
Clean place but need better help minus 2 workers or maybe better management. ????
the place was clean and the signs up let me know they were on top of keeping it clean, so I appreciate that. BUT the service was lacking and food was just as much if not more. Got a 10 piece with loaded voodoo fries and a drink. I'm didn't get my drink right away like other customers who did and were offered refills. My food took longer then expected I'm guessing because they over fried the wings to where they shriveled up and were crunchy. My fries seemed to be skimped on as well as it barely filled half the fry carton. The lady who took my order whispered the whole time it seemed like but really found her voice with everyone else for some reason. I like other wingstop locations and this was my first and last time at this location.
The manager handled a crazy, lying, irrate woman with exceptional calmness, patience, and desire to help even though she was incredibly rude to the whole staff. I witnessed this crazy woman come in after her daughter while I patiently waited for my food order, which was timely. Kudos to the dude for handling himself so professionally and not matching her negative psycho energy!
Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!Ordered online thru app at 7:30pm for 8:45 pm pickup. Food was packaged and ready when I arrived @8:30. While waiting for my drinks to be made I opened my bag to taste everything was cold. It's like they had made it when I placed the order and just had it sitting there until I picked it up. I asked the cashier if she knew how long my food had been sitting and she rolled her eyes and said with an attitude "I don't know, I just came from break. I could not believe it. I will be calling to talk to the GM in the morning. Definitely will be not ordering anything from this location ever again.
Have ordered from this location multiple times and there is always some kind of error. First time they forgot a 10pc lemon pepper wings, second time we were given all drums with no flats, third time they forgot the sauces. Also, each time we have been the fries were always overcooked and the food was always, at best, lukewarm. It is such a small space for the volume of orders received. I won't bother ordering from this location again.
Toya was very awesome, helped us order because we had never been there before! She definitely needs a raise!!! Will be back!!!
