This was not a good dining experience.
The ranch dressing had too much mayonnaise flavor for me which was more than I’ve had at the Sherwood location. The Sherwood location had a much more sour cream flavor and ranch seasoning flavor than this item.
The French fries were not good. It seemed that they had a slightly sweet taste but what I didn’t like was the unfresh chew they had. Dry and not tender in the center.
The mild wings (I don’t remember the flavor) were over cooked and dry. The sauce was slightly sweet and good. Look at the picture.
The lemon pepper wings did not taste like lemon, just very acidic and there was not much lemon looking seasoning as at my visit at Sherwood. lemon paper usually has yellow seasoning visible in it. This not so much.
Cash was not accepted on this visit.

Wing stop on Siegen need to train their staff. I walked in at 745 and was refused service because the young man pictured only wanted to take call in orders. BUT no one was answering the phone. They only had 2 customers in the store when I walked in. One was getting her food at the time. When I ask how was I going to place an order because i was paying in cash and couldn’t do online and the phones weren’t being answered. He says, “i don’t like your attitude” and walked off. I requested the manager since he was busy on one order, he never went to get him. I reported him to his district manager.
I've had good experience here, but recently I went there, food was good, but the front counter server was not very engaged. Asked me to take survey to get free corn, luckily I didn't, because they shorted me a wing, when I asked them about it, they said "no, we gave you 10" with a very rude tone....had to show them the bones, and then they charged me for 1 extra hot sauce. Glad I did not give them a good review before hand. Food was good tho, just need different front desk people.
It was closing time, but the staff went above and beyond to serve me. The food was hot and fresh! Also despite being busy, the staff worked diligently to ensure that all orders were fulfilled promptly and accurately. Additionally, I was impressed at how Jacoby greeted guests, took orders, helped the team in the kitchen, and made sure the restaurant was spotless. I saw how “E” and Hiram both took pride in serving the food and making sure the customers were happy. Big thanks to this amazing team!! I hope to see all of them in management positions soon, because their commitment towards excellent customer service was impeccable!! They represented Wingstop to highest degree!!!
The soda machine was out of order I would think if you’re open for business that would be a priority. The wait for food was at least 45-50 minutes. This location needs better staff or more staff ASAP in order to get better reviews and business. Or to even stay open in general.
Food took a while to get, but was hot. The fries were good. Service was lack luster at best. Wasn't the most welcoming atmosphere. Tables were free of debris, but not wiped down and greasy. Seems like they mostly deal with to go orders. Register had some kind of issue and we were left standing there for a while. It had to reset itself. Most of the drink options were out.
Got it delivered first mistake packaging was terrible paid for ranch and it was just everywhere like it exploded. Got boneless wings came like tiny chicken bites not worth the price at all if I'm paying $20 for boneless wings I want boneless wings chicken poppers ridiculous just quit eating at wingstop use to be good now is garbage and deserves to all close and go bankrupt
Went in the store around 11 on February 16 and it was a complete disaster in there. I placed a online door dash order and quite literally didnt get not one thing right. Not only didnt even put in the large ranch i ordered, there was 0 sauce at all!! The wings were wrong, the sauces were wrong. 10/10 HORRIBLE experience
