First time using the Windmill but will be returning. Chicken curry with egg fried rice was delicious and just spicy enough. Service was fast and efficient.

Terrible chips overcooked greasy and limp. Obviously the previous days warmed up, this was about 12 o'clock. The only thing good about them is that they were hot. When I went in the server was on his phone and I had to wait until he had finished. Wont be visiting again.
Been to this chippy/ Chinese for a few years and is always good, fast and good price. 1 of the best in Lancaster.

Pretty shocking really. Fish was terrible and had a strange aftertaste, chips were soggy and greasy. Definitely need to clean the friers because brown oil was oozing out of the fish. Do not go here.
Terrible chippy, typical Chinese rip off, I've been in and complained and will never go to this chippy again. Apparently a large chips comes in a small box nowadays ????♂️ and the large fish......well I've seen bigger tadpoles to be honest. If you want a proper chippy completely bypass these tight arses and go to Quays chippy 1000% better fish is like a shark a large chips is definitely a large chips. Joke of a chippy WINDMILL AVOID
Delicious food at a good price, especially their sweet and sour special and salt and pepper dishes, goes well with some cheeky boiled rice
