The pies are nice enough, won't change your life (like a Cissy Greens) but a nice local option.
The staff are absolutely lovely, really friendly helpful.
I had a meat pie and a meat and potato.
The meat pie was nice, would probably get 2 of those if I went again instead of a M+P.

Best pie shop in the entirety of England. Spent over 100 pound on pies and ate em in a day. Should be a Michelin star restaurant. Anyone who rates it below 5 stars is slandering the name of Wilsons pies and should be executed via firing squad immediately. Wilsons is the king of Kearsley/Farnworth scran and will remain that way until the end of the world. It is incredibly hard to put to words how godly this food is. It is absolutely scranalicous.
If your passing try their pie's, home made.frozen or fresh .
My grandad has been coming here for years because its the best. Today I've treated my family to one! So looking forward to our tea. Thank you. ????????
Heard a lot about these pies but its not local to me so had never tried any before today. I really didnt see why the hype. The meat and potato was ok,no better than many others,it was very peppery which suited me but not my wife. I had a meat pie as well found it unusually dry with a loose filling,I did have the gravy added but it really didnt make any difference. I like meat pies cold too but doubt there would be any jelly in these? Sorry not worth the journey! They are also a bit pricey.
