These guys were fantastic this last week!
I arrived in a feeling very ill and sorry-for-myself state after being told at a DIFFERENT pharmacy that they would charge me £20 for a consultation and my prescription on top of that! Willington Pharmacy were lovely, kind and their consultation was free. I did ring beforehand just incase but I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, the right medication was prescribed and staff were great. Highly recommend!
I spoke to a lovely lady called Umza yesterday who phoned as a follow up to see how my husband was coping with his new medication, thank you very much indeed for taking the time and for all the information.
I’ve been into the pharmacy several times since it was taken over and I’ve always found all the staff are really nice, friendly and helpful – excellent service.

Had a prescription sent from South Yorkshire as I'm in the area for a while. The staff member who served me was very professional and polite with a smile. I was dealt with efficiently and the prescription was sorted in seconds. A large pharmacy that was modern, clean and tidy. Thank you..
Normally the staff in here are friendly. But when i went in today a member of staff came across very rude! I came in for dressing and picked an nail polish up. I put them all on the counter and she didn't scan the nail polish. I asked her if she scanned it and she didnt. With her attitude in the way she spoke she made you feel very little ! With this I just said leave it... I didn't catch her name but she was small, big eyelashes and darker toned skinned. Not happy with the customer service defiantly won't be popping in again

Ordered my prescription online on the 24th. April after 4 visits my prescription is still not ready more than a week after ordering, I am furious, the girl behind the counter said after I complained I could have the prescription and take it elsewhere, I don't remember ever having to call back for a prescription with the previous owners, you really need to get your act together
