My experience with Wickham car servicing has been amazing, until my experience with the receptionist ‘Sarah’. I have never been spoken to so rudely or been shouted at down the phone when trying to chase up my quote. They complain about how busy they are to the customer - I suggest you consider taking on a smaller workload if you are unable to cope.

Absolutely terrible given vehicle to do work on had already assessed by another bigger garage but couldn’t fit it in for a number of weeks so took it here, with what needed doing, they then said something else had gone when I asked when it would be complete, vechicle had been driven 3miles, then kept it for 5months with no updates, asked for it back and it was suddenly done. Did loads of things to it that’s wasn’t asked for put a battery in it that didn’t fit or correct for model and presented me with a bill of over £1500! Not one phone call. I had told them what I wanted to be done I had already costed parts to £350 and even supplied one item.
Had some work carried out here on my car. Car developed a noise shortly after turns out they had left a wheel loose. Turns out they had also fitted cheap parts but my bill certainly wasn't cheap!

The front suspension coil went on my Vito van and found that Wickham Car Servicing was the most professional and accommodating garage I contacted. The recovery service and work they provided was brilliant and communication was perfect. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
