Amazing customer service, they’re upfront and honest with you and help you to understand what the issue is without trying to upsell you. It has taken me years to find a decent mechanic who actually cares about their work as much as they do the customer. They are now the only shop I go to for maintenance and repair. I will recommend this shop to anyone who will listen.

doesn’t do good with big projects. i brought my honda to get repaired and i kept running into problems further down the road they always came back to my first accident. took it to him to look at again 4 months after he “repaired my honda” and he kept say i hit a curb and messed my suspension and hazards. later he called to tell me it was their fault because a wire wasn’t connected properly for my hazards but he wasn’t gonna do anything else to my car. i took it to another body shop for them to tell me he left bolts lose and my alignment was way off. 0/5 if i could.
Fantastic auto body shop. They fixed my car both quickly, at a great price and were friendly as well. I couldn't be happier than I am with how well they put my car back together. If I ever have to go to a body shop again (I hope I don't), this is where I will go.
Brought my car to Steve for some quarter panel damage on my IS300. The paint and body work exceeded my expectations. Top shelf work at a fair price with quick turnaround. Couldn't ask for more. A+
