Seen by a great doctor who made me feel totally at ease but charged 60£ by a private company for having to park on double yellows for 10 minutes as ALL surrounding streets are permit parking and the car park is the smallest thing you’ve ever seen. Arrived 20 mins before my app and tried my best to find a space but full of taxis. Absolute joke. Get some better parking!!!!!! ????????????????
Doctors are nice and helpful. Reception staff are useless at best. They have no interest in helping or booking appointments and will do everything they can to stop you from making an appointment. The app is useless and you can't make appointments through it as the options they provide are nothing to do with what is needed.

Absolutely amazing dentist she was so lovely and calming . She did what she could do and referred me to get a proper fix . Wish I could see her every time she was absolutely lovely
Was seen in 10mins, expected a hard time from the receptionist (having read some of the other reviews) but she was ok with me. Overall very good, only letdown was the pharmacy didn't have my prescription, spent extra cash in the cab visiting various other pharmacies, none of which had what I needed.
I want to thank, the receptionist, dental assistant, student and dentist for looking after me last night. I was visiting Blackpool for IFS at the Winter Gardens, I suffered with tooth ache. I manage to get into dental department. The receptionist was warm and friendly, the dentist assistance was caring and reassuring, whilst my tooth was being extracted i think I may have crushed her hand, she just said keep squeezing. The dentist was thorough, friendly, caring, informative. He explained my options and what I should do after. There was a student observing who was also so sympathetic to me as I became very tearful at times. I would not hesitate to visit again (hopefully not).

Scumbags managers of this centre happy to get private parking company to scam users of a service they had no choice in going to with no available parking. Disabled spaces taken up by taxis and ambulance but if you drop off a disabled patient in the ambulance bay you get charged 60 quid. Hope the managers are weighing down into an early grave with the money around their necks thry scum off folk
Walked in to have bloods etc done with no appointment, Friday at 14:05.
Reception told me to phone for an appointment (whilst in reception), instead of waiting.
Walked out after having all bloods done at 14:15.... ????
