Has quickly become the sorriest cab service there is! One occasion the driver said they'd be there to get me in 15 minutes. 2 hours later they showed. Rude. Recently I needed a cab called twice said they were about to pick me up an hour and half later still never showed. There cars are extremely ikd outdated. Nasty and smelly. Won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else doing it either.
Called white top taxi last week, when the cab arrived and I opened the door, I was totally surprised. The back seats were falling apart, torn, dirty, and you couldn't see the floor carpet for so much trash & filth. It smelled of uncleanliness. Offer way to serve the public! I would never call this taxi company again. How did this company get city/state approval to place this company in service?
I'm was really impressed with White Top Cab. I had to stop my truck wasn't running right. This was the first place I saw and stopped. The dispatcher Ms. Pam was Great and her mechanic came inside for something and heard us talking about my truck. He ask if he could look at it for me and made my day. While he looking at it Ms. Pam suggested we stay in the air conditioning. I thought about breaking out in a happy dance. July in GA Heat will kill you. Then another gentleman comes and asks what's up . We tell him and he goes to help the other guy. BLESS these 2 men they had it running in less than 20 mins. And wouldn't take my money for helping me. It was just 1 of the nicest things that has happened to me in a long while. As I'm telling thanks and leaving Ms. Pam let's it slip the second man actually owned the place. I like to say here recently I've used White Top Cab Company and I always use the driver named Cliff. Some of you may know him as Big Boy and he is very professional and on time and is very courteous. He's a Top driver to me and if you want a good person to drive for you he is the one to ask for. Very nice person...
Called the night before to be picked up at 9:30 a.m. The cab never showed we called several times and were given several excuses only to find out the cab was miles away. They were in Byron and our pick up was in Warner Robins. We ended up walking 3 miles in this heat! I would not recommend this company to anyone. The dispatcher was rude and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would just horrible
I always get an answer whenever I have used them . And I have never encountered a sour driver. However sometime they must be overworked or understaffed because waiting time can be long occasionally. However that being said ,most often even with a quote for longer than I would have liked,almost every time the driver showed up sooner than quoted. Thanks for your continued service to our community these last 20+ years
This is some of the worst service I have ever had. I call for a cab, the receptionist tells me 20 minutes. An hour later I call her back to tell them it never came, and she very aggressively told me I wasn't waiting outside for her. I call back she says another 10-15 minutes. Another hour goes by. I try to convey to this woman that no one ever showed up for me, but another cab from the same company showed up actosa the street, she tells me it's just a "busy day". There was no sympathy or apology, and I was counting on this cab to go to my first day on a second job. Again, the worst service I've ever had. I'm not too sure new ownership of the company made a difference because it's STILL GARBAGE.
Cab did take forever to get to my house i waited about 2 hours called back and then someone showed up in 5 minutes. cars are very clean fair seems pretty decent all in all it was okay. did use them later in the day and got to me a lot quicker than that morning
