AVOID THIS HOTEL AND THE CASINO NEXT DOOR. The casino gave me a free hotel room after cleaning me out of all the money I had on me. I get to the hotel and she won’t check me in because she’s trying to charge my card for 125 that I already gave the tribe. What a joke! Come to Grand Rapids where it’s safer, cleaner, quieter, WAY BETTER SERVICE, and more relaxing.

No ice in ice maker.
After 3 days going to check out and morning management says we had a dog in a non dog room.
Our room was 10 feet from the front desk,came and went for 3 days with dog.
Manager was very rude not only to us but others also.
When we made reservations we told them we had a dog when I checked in the dog was there with me.
But the manager insisted on changing me a special cleaning fee.
Daytime manager would not give me a invoice for the special cleaning or tell me what special cleaning was performed.
Very rude day manager. If it take 3 days to figure out that there is a dog in the room what does that say about the cleaning staff?
Nothing back from the owners so that must be buisness as usual there.
A great place to stay! Beautiful lobby and rooms! With a really relaxing pool and hot tub.
We really want to like our visit at this Inn because the service ladies were nice and polite. We had a terrible experience with the room that we got. We didn't mind the older bed and the leaking sink since it was a temporary stay but we did not expect to get so many bug bites sleeping there. I hope that the owner look into it and exterminate these bugs because we would hate for anyone else to go through what we did.
We came to this Hotel and it was charming inside and had a large dining room to serve guests for breakfast. It was in a good location and had a restaurant next to it that had great food.
Girl at the front desk was quite rude when we asked about a smoking room... due to the nice note on the mirror that says please let us know if u want a smoking room.. so we did and she was like no I cant change u cause now the room is dirty.. then we went to went to the pool area it was gross and dirty then when trying to shower the tub didn't drain so u needed to hurry and shower before the tub filled . Will not recommend this place to anyone!
For the price this is one of the nicer places we have stayed. We were travelling with our small dog so looking for somewhere pet friendly. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean with all the necessary amenities- TV, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, hair dryer, free wi fi etc. There was a nice pool, hot tub and exercise room. Also noted they had a tanning bed but did not use this. The complimentary breakfast was nice with adequate choices. The food at the restaurant next door was excellent and reasonable however it is for sale. In future it may require a drive to go to a restaurant as we did not note other options within walking distance. Over all a very pleasant stay at a quiet, well maintained hotel.
Horrible housekeeping place could be nice but it's lacking care. Staff isn't very friendly except the afternoon lady at the front desk older women other then that can't say much. Not to mention the fire alarm has been going off all day and 2 nights in a row now when people have to get up early for work and wakes my child out of a dead sleep. And the dogs barking that someone left in their truck in cages all night. Where I am from its illegal to leave your pets in a hot vehicle let alone locked in cages as well. Won't be returning.
