Allways wanted to visit this fastfood km en from Harold and Kumar movie. Allways had bad luck when in US. Finally got it????. Burgers are more like average cheeseburgers, but the atmosphere great and staff friendly.
At this location they have 2 workers absolutely killing it!!! Sure you gotta wait for a little bit and it’s a shame it’s only 2 employees. It is Sunday but there are a lot of local events so there are lots of people.
They did have to lock the door which is completely understandable. White Castle is a popular place to visit while on vacation.
Either way the employees are so patient and very professional with smiles on their faces.
Kudos to them!
I’m familiar with White Castle but this one is horrible beyond description. I ordered the chicken slider and they tasted like the old burned oil in which they were fried in. Also wait time was horrible especially when I was the only person at the drive through. I definitely won’t be back.
I love White Castle and hate to give this particular location 1 Star, but I was the only person there and my double cheeseburgers were somehow given to me cold. How is that even possible? My only guess is that they precooked a bunch of patties and let them sit until people came in. Even the cheese wasn't really melted. White Castle please do better ????
Service was good while taking my order and getting my order from them. But the reason for the low ranking is because when asked for a key to the bathroom the lady said she would come unlock it for me. After waiting about 5 minutes at the bathroom door I just left. I'll find another bathroom since your bathrooms seem to be off limits to paying customers.
I love white castle! Highly recommend this place, love the buns & small portions!! Yumm
Stopped at this location and tried to order a crave case. The lady in the drive up said this location is not providing the crave cases or the number 9's. These options were offered on their menu and they refused to sell what was shown on their menu. If these aren't options available to be ordered the should be TAKEN OFF THE MENU! I drove from out of state and always make an effort to stop at white castle... This was very disappointing.
My husband got us cheese sliders and fries last night and this is not the first time I've ordered from this location and gotten similar problems. The staff here are rude and off-putting. The eating sections are dirty. The food itself is not cooked properly and made my husband throw up and have gastrointestinal issues, while I just had gastrointestinal issues all the way from last night through now. The cheese isn't melted, the burgers aren't cooked well enough or may have just been sitting for a long time and when they get put into the box they put 2 of them together box to box and that makes the bread soggy. As a kid they made them on a grill top skillet so they were given a mild char and the cheese was fully melted and the buns were put on the same grill a few seconds to get a little toasty.
