Came in Friday April 26th around 6 pm, Dining room was filthy and kitchen didn’t look much cleaner. Slow service, waited in like for 15 minutes while employees just looked at us. Manager working didn’t do anything but stand there and watch them struggle. The girl working dropped a box of sliders. Could tell that they thought for a second about picking them up and selling them before throwing them away, probably because customers were present.

Great food. Friendly people. They quickly took my order. Food was decently priced. Fountain machine offers PLENTY of choices for soft drinks. Only issue I had was that it was pretty chilly inside the restaurant. Other than that 5 stars.

Ok, white castle is a place where you kinda get what you came for. It's a hit or miss sometimes. Expect long waits in the drive thru, but when you got a Harold and Kumar Hankerin for the Ivory Castle you'll go through the worst. I waited 20 plus minutes after I placed the order, but totally worth it. Honestly after 5 sliders deep plus the crinkly fries I was nearly done, but that mustard. Chefs kiss. Made them go down that much easier. Those who know, knows. So hit it up if you're feeling the need. I definitely need a fix every six months

So all around a great experience.. if you don't mind the crackheads, the long waits, or the unexpected drama that goes along with it. Will definitely visit again.

When you were in Lexington you have a choice of thousands of different places to eat, but only two of them are White Castle! If you're into tiny little burgers this is the spot! They have it all day breakfast menu, and the location is super convenient, right off new circle road. Plenty of parking is available and the restrooms are clean. The people working were friendly and I received my order fast. My food was fresh and hot, although the mozzarella sticks don't have a great taste. Everything else was superb!

This place is in need of a THOROUGH cleaning. Yes, it's an old building, but it needs to be pressure washed on the outside, walls, sidewalks, windows, the whole thing. Inside could use some cleaning, mopping, new furniture. Employees seemed to not care whether tables were cleaned either. No one else was in the establishment besides us. So, it was slow. As for the employees....well, let's just say that there was NO rush whatsoever to get our food out in a timely manner. Their conversation was more important. Food tasted good, except two of my four tasted old, or maybe just sitting for awhile. Hubby was fine with his, his were fresh and hot (cheeseburgers for both of us) fries were good. Will I go here again? Probably not. Too dirty for my liking. Employees need to be retrained. Customer satisfaction is what keeps doors open, and your job intact. Not sure if mgr. was on premises, but if he/she was, shame on you for not caring....

We thought it would be good to get a late night snack before calling it a night. I haven't had White Castle in a very long time, and I thought it would be good to try them out again. I was the only one ordering from the inside, and it took a while for the food to come out, and when it came out, not everything was there. I asked them for the missing items, and they said they would get to it. It took more time for them to make it, and there wasn't a sense of urgency at all. We got our food and took it back to the hotel, and then I noticed that the 1921 slider did not look anything like the picture. There wasn't any lettuce, tomato, or pickle in it. It was a pretty poor experience this time around.

I love me some White Castle but if you ever go after midnight prepare yourself for a good 45 minutes or so while you sit and wait in the drive thru.

Credit to the workers on this night! They were super busy, but to time to smile and greet everyone that came in the restaurant. Food was delicious and fish sandwich is always hot and crunchy!! Thanks to your staff who worked really hard to get our food out!!
