My kids and I visited the drive thru tonight and the wait time was extremely horrible. It took about 10 min to get to the order post and then we waited another 15 min to pull up to the window and pay. Then the cashier told me pull up and I'll bring it out. We'll I sat there for another 25 mins before I finially got tired and went inside and still had to wait another 10 mins. Overall service was horrible. I only saw 4 young people working and hustling on a Friday night very busy neigborhood. Great food but service could be better. Please hire more local people to work!!
Literally ordered a meal and nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Only got the sliders like you literally missed everything in my order. I don’t even know why I bothered to order something when the employees didn’t even LOOK at the order to fulfill it. Do better WC. Do better.

A dude pick up my DoorDash order and stoled it. Got his address now. But the point is, DoorDash let White Castle know to re due the order and a new dasher was sent to pick it up. She refused to remake the order. Shes talking about “I’m not redoing the order again. Lazy hood Lady smh

No matter what time of day you go to this location they are backed up with a line inside and out. Short staffed and the few employees that do work there are rude.
Every time I make to the Westside of Chicago,I make it my business to grab something from there always fresh taste good ,hot. Just be close to a bathroom in like 20/30 minutes when it settles. Lol it's worth it.
