Not only did they have the indoor dining room closed, but they messed up our order twice in the drive through, and then brought us the order for a completely different person! I would not recommend eating here unless you don't like getting the food you ordered!
my food was thrown together! Yeah my appetite was lost. the sweeping of the floor while the food was being prepared grossed me out! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE!
The burgers were disgusting. They tasted like it was old and the fries were cold. I don't know why owners of this establishment don't take pride in their business. Eating out of fast food chains have lost the most important factor, Customer comes first and without our money you will not have a business
I ordered a sack of 10 and they were tasteless no flavor no seasoning...I threw 6 burgers away... fries were hot but no salt had to add my own.... I had a craving for them and hadn't had them in a long time.... I guess it'll be another long time before I have them again.... plus drive thru takes all day... got me in a bad neighborhood then you gonna make me sit in the drive thru forever...when it was only 3 cars in line... sad

Beautiful dining experience; the staff& customer service superb excellent quality. They were super nice & friendly. The hospitality wonderful. Will definitely visit again.
The service and food was awesome! Chicago is my home town, i currently live in Florida, was in Chicago visiting for a week and ate a white castles on 79th and Jeffrey e everyday while i was there(since there is no white castles in florida)..and every morning the whitecastle breakfast sliders were always hot, fresh and GOOOD!! In the evening or lunch the burgers with the different cheese choices was completely off the charts! I loved them! The 6.99-10cheese special..white castles really know how to appeal to the customer with the right selection of foods, cheeses, menu items, desserts, etc..Krystals need to take notes or close down and become a whitecastles and adopt the whitecastles on 79th principles..
The sliders are good but the breakfast ia magnificent. Sausage, real egg on toast cooked fresh in my face! White castle is always a winner.. Sidenote: regular white castle burgers are delicious little beef patties cooked on an onion bed but will give you serious gas. Coworkers will talk about you.
