Went through the drive through, Food was delicious and still hot when we got it home! The boy at the drive through was so patient and kind, actually treated you like a human with respect and manners! Didn’t treat me like a criminal for asking for sauce like some restaurants do! He didn’t rush me while I was ordering. Just an over all great experience and the order was correct the first time! Couldn’t thank him more!
For firsts I was excited to eat my food. I got chicken rings, a five piece cheese stick, and my boyfriend had a crave clutch. The thing about our visit is the girl at the front wasn’t very right i’d say. She seemed like she was possibly drunk! This has since made us not want to come back due to having to get help in each aspect of our dining experience because of this woman.
Fast friendly service and as always the best coffee around. Two days in a row I went in there in the morning. I got a sandwich one day and the waffle eggs & sausage the next. I'm not sure what the problem was but neither sandwich seemed like it was fresh made. The waffles seemed like they were day old and the sausage was bone dry. I expected better.
Dined in, was given the wrong order, tables and bathroom were filthy. Finally got the order correct, and it was delicious. I think they are understaffed, or the staff was possibly not properly trained.
Ordered a split crave clutch via door dash (15 reg / 15 cheese) no option on door dash to make changes so I called in and they were happy to accommodate my request to modify the order.
Update: Ordered 2 waffle sandwiches and both were rotten with mold on the unsure of the egg. I didn't realize it until I was half way thru the 2nd sandwich. The pc of egg that fell from the 1st sandwich had the same mold. I'm praying I don't get sick but if I do I still have the food I saved in the bag.
Ordered a pack of 20 cheese sliders and a 10 pack of regular sliders, along with a pack of onion chips, pack of fries and mozzarella cheese sticks. I was given 10 jalapeño sliders, food was cold, tasted stale and onion chips hard. I called the store and the guy who took my order answered the phone stating he knew I was going to call and said that I ordered the jalapeño sliders, which I did not. He basically called me a liar and was arguing with me on the phone. Wasn't my choice to eat there. Waste of $50.
I got the 6 vegetarian impossible burgers with jalapeño cheese. They were not cooked. The burgers were just lightly tan.
