I got to my gate more than an hour before boarding so I decided to get lunch here. They had some healthy options. I decided to go with something kinda healthy, but also some of their tasty stuff. I got the buffalo chicken salad. It was super yummy. Not the healthiest choice, by far, but still yummy!
I sat at the bar because there was a sign saying to wait to be seated but no one ever came around to seat me. I figured it was just easier to sit at the bar.
They do add an 18% gratuity on the checks. I see people giving bad reviews simply because of this. But imagine the servers being paid 1/2 of minimum wage (as all servers in America are) and then having people from all over the world, who are not accustomed to tipping, coming into your establishment and “stiffing” you because they think you’re being paid a living wage (like the rest of the world). Sorry. But that’s not their reality here. I don’t think it’s a big deal and I tipped extra on top of that. None of these people are getting rich off of your extra $3.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for food because the chicken breast was very thin. I did the same for service because there was no one to seat me. Same for atmosphere because, you know… it’s an airport. It was cool that they had a wall full of belt buckles!
If I was in the same terminal again, (as I have been before) I’d eat here again.
We waited for 20 min in line to be seated. Staff was friendly. Ordered the bacon whisky cheeseburger. It came out overcooked with one tiny piece of bacon. It tasted OK. The fries were fresh but very bland. My wife ordered the salmon and it came out undercooked. She returned it and they kindly removed it from our ticket. Staff and service was good. Kitchen needs work.
???? Enjoyed Steven’s personality and humor. The food wasn’t anything special but did the trick. ❤️ TV’s with sports and plenty of seating. Double old fashioned was almost worth the price! ????????Looks like they have a mini stage in the rear - may have live music at times!
18% gratuity added on my bill is a bit presumptuous. The food was unappealing and my bill for one drink and one meal was $33 which is laughable but Standard because an airport is a magical place that gets away with overcharging people.
Average prices for airport. Burgers were big but pretty bland. Nothing special for the fries. Our server Angel was outstanding.
The photo was literally how the food came....They only have one server on. She dropped the food and never came back. Food was super bland except for the mashed potatoes. Flavor is great but they came stone cold so I hope I don't get food poisoning. BARTENDERS CANNOT make an old fashioned.... award winning bar my left foot. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Table are dope cause they have chargers.
Sat for about 15 minutes before getting a menu or acknowledged whatsoever. Food came wrong. No one ever checked back on food ever. Told server food was wrong, and I was incorrectly overcharged. He said I'll go tell your server and no one ever came back. Horrible customer service.
5/20/2023 14:41 PM. Our server was Bruce. He was very attentive and friendly. He took immediate care of our drinks, suggested items on the menu that we might be willing to try since we have never ate here before. My husband got the Brisket Grilled Cheese and I got the BBQ Pulled Pork. Very good food. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Very impressive for being airport food. Very relaxing airport, nice to take a seat and grab a drink while you’re waiting on a flight. It also tells you on the menu that an 18% gratuity has been added to your check, so there is no surprise there. Also, we have been down here in Florida since 5/11/2023, and it seems every place we have been to seems the norm of adding the gratuity. Will eat here again.
