This little place tucked away wasn't bad at all. We came sat outside, had us some sandwiches. My friend got a tenderloin and I got a chicken sandwich. For appetizer we got the pretzels. Overall a pretty good place.
Went here with a friend tonight. We got our beers pretty quickly, put in food soon after. Waited and waited, I had another beer before the bartender finally realized 30 minutes had passed without our food even being prepared. She claimed it was a problem with the system, I joked “well do I get a free beer”, she loudly said to the whole bar, “that’s not how it works, you can have a water on the rocks.” Fair enough, I don’t expect a free beer but I at least expect some compensation? I would’ve paid for my two drinks and left right then if I wasn’t with a friend. When our food FINALLY came out 15 minutes later my burger was over done. I don’t think this bar likes younger people. It’s a shame, I love the vibe. My friend concurred, service was subpar for a near empty bar.
Did not like the Cuban at all. Pulled pork, pickles and cheese are NOT a Cuban. The breaded tenderloin tasted good. However the meat was so tough and chewy I could not eat it. The fried mushrooms were very good. We were sadly, very disappointed since we've heard such good things about the food here.
Went in there and didn’t see any signs about waiting to be seated, we weren’t greeted, and so we sat down for five minutes. Only people in there were a group of old folks smoking cigarettes and the place reeks of cigarette smoke. No one came and greeted us to get our order as we saw no one in there. The old folks stared at us the whole time. I saw some other reviews about how it’s not a place for younger people and I agree, more for old people to use as a bar.
First time here for a beer and seems like an awesome place. Lots of room, big bar, jukebox, good drink selection, service was good and although I didn’t eat, the food look delicious from what I seen, it has lots of TVs but man, the smoke makes it almost unbearable. As a former/non-smoker, it was tough to sit inside. Couldn’t imagine what it like when this place is packed. If I came back, it would definitely be in warmer weather so that I could utilize the patio. I understand smoking is a personal decision and the owners right, so I won’t fault them for having a smoking establishment but I imagine it would limit their clientele tremendously. Otherwise, I would definitely come back for supper. Overall nice neighborhood bar.
Katie makes a spot on perfect old fashioned. First time go with zero defect. Will definitely be back. Food was great also had the Fresh Dip and my buddy got the wrap. Happy with both
This place has excellent staff. The food was really good. They had a really great band playing called Southern Bridges. Great time and a great place to eat and hang out! Highly recommend this place!
It's a bar with a clever name. There is nothing special about this place. Wait staff is super friendly and so are the people who frequent here.
