Lovely little cafe, food was what we expected and tasted Lovely. Children thoroughly enjoyed their food to!
We ordered breakfast and unfortunately toasts were burnt and the bacons and sausages tasted really bad that we couldn’t eat it. The whole breakfast smelled so bad but because we were starving and we have paid we ate burnt toasts, my partner says the sausages were so small, he loves food but even he said that was awful.
Visited today whilst on holiday for breakfast. Beautiful home cooked food. I ordered a breakfast, my husband had a toastie and our daughter had sausage, chips and peas. All three meals were absolutely delicious. The service was second to none and seemed popular with locals which is always a good sign to us! Will be visiting again before we go home. Can also highly recommend the takeaway cream tea. Gorgeous home made scones, clotted cream and jam!!
If you like cream teas you have to visit this little cafe. Two scones with oodles of jam and cream, with enough tea for 3 cups. Will definitely visit again.
Nice little cafe in Minehead. Good menu, very reasonably priced. Dog friendly. Would thoroughly recommend. ????
Had cream tea, generous amount of cream and jam and coffee. Two homemade scones. Good price at £7. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered a ploughmans with Stilton. What arrived was a large block of Stilton with half a small part baked baguette and some cheap salad. The service was terrible. We were then charged £1 for extra bread to have with the block of cheese. The omelettes were over cooked and dry - more like a pancake. The paninis were OK. It's a cheap place with bad food and over priced. £6.95 for a ploughmans with awful salad, one lump of cheese and chutney and a mini half part baked bread doesn't meet the standard expected.
Visited for breakfast, ordered cheese, mushroom & tomato omelette, it was delicious.
My husband had full English which he said was very good.
Definitely recommend for good home cooked food.
