Walked right in around 1145am, no wait. Cashier Brandon R was super polite. Got the triple burger with cheese, large fries and drink. Food came out hot and quick, everything was beyond expectations. Every visit to this location has been superb. Keep up the great work!

Excellent breakfast and excellent customer service! This was a real breakfast bowl! Absolutely loved the gravy on the biscuits and the combination of the eggs with the sausage and hash browns was perfect!
30 minutes to get food in the drive thru and my order apparently had gotten lost. The food was fine but the wait not worth it. Just honestly regret going there at all for my first time and it felt so disorganized. I think the manager did come help us herself though and that was helpful. She made sure our order was right.
My husband and I went to this location Friday night after rock the country concert ended. We placed order online but knew they would be busy so we waited in drive thru line an hour and 15 minutes to pick up our order. My husband is handicapped and his ADA tag was hanging clearly in the car. I was asleep in passenger side. We got to window to pick up and was told he would have to go in to pick up order and wait another hour or so in the inside line. He showed his ADA tag and said he was unable to go in to get and asked that they hand him the food through drive thru . He was then told if he couldn’t find someone to go get his order he could cancel it. He canceled the order but was still charged the $40 because the manager put they had already prepared the food. This was pure discrimination and corporate was contacted. We have not heard back from them yet. I will never go to this place again!
the only game in town afterhours. this is the only place i know of that you can actually depend on to get your food afterhours! food is always good, etc. the only complait i have and its really not a complaint considering there the only afterhours game in town is that the line is usually long.
Their food was sooo fulfilling!???? I like how when I asked the cashier what she liked & what was popular she was able to tell me which & why & also asked if I wanted desert(up selling lol). I got the patty melt meal & a cookie. The service was good n friendly. The facility was clean & overall time waiting wasn’t long coming inside compared to drive thru.
As a self proclaimed Whataburger Expert I would personally rate this one Best in BR and maybe best in LA. Used the drive thru for years, but several times recently and had very good to excellent experiences. Ladelta was the cashier at the drive thru today, she had a great attitude, excellent service and a $1,000,000 smile. A+
