Came here today at 1 pm and waited 30 mins to get my food and I didn't even get what I ordered and took my whole lunch break. I ordered the jalapeno burger and got grilled onions instead of raw. But I Got no onions and only two jalapenos. The girl that brought me out my food said that a Fry was down. No told me that when I ordered to let me know it would take longer so I could decide to stay or go elsewhere but they don't care. But when I pulled into the parking spot to check my food it was all cold. I went inside to get my side I was charged but never received it. Also asked for ketchup and got none. No worries I'll never be back. That $18 big mac doesn't seem so bad now. At least I get my food fast there.
Best Whataburger I’ve been too since coming to visit Jax.. the other few I’ve been to when I visited were so trashy and smelled weird and just under kept but this particular location is very clean!! The staff was really polite and the food was hot and delicious ????
Don’t order online. If you do be prepared to sit and wait for over an hour while they prioritize literally anything else over the order you’ve already paid for. The drive thru window employee came out and admitted that someone had deleted the curbside pickup orders after about 45 minutes and it was another 20 minutes until my food came out. Arrived at restaurant around 7:55pm and left finally around 9:15pm.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO WHATABURGER. I HEARD IT WAS A GREAT PLACE FOR BURGERS AND SUCH.
I ORDERED ONLINE. A REGULAR BURGER & A MEDIUM ORDER OF FRIES. I DINED IN. I WAS SUPRISED WHEN A YOUNG MAN, BROUGHT OUT MY FOOD, PLUS A TRAY WITH CONDIMENTS.
LET ME BACK TRACK A BIT. WHEN I ENTERED WHATABURGER TO LET THEM KNOW, I WAS THERE TO GET MY FOOD.
A VERY RESPECTFUL, POLITE, courteous, helpful , young AFRICAN ANERICAN man, tended to my needs. He checked on my order, told me my order was being plated & would be brought out shortly.
AND SO IT WAS. THEN ANOTHER YOUNG MAN CAME OUT WITH MY FOOD. HE HANDED ME MY FOOD & GAVE ME THE CONDIMENTS I DESIRED & NAPKINS. I BROUGHT MY OWN DRINK WITH ME.
THE PLACE WAS QUITE BUSY. BOTH INSIDE & OUT. THE BURGER WAS INCREDIBLE, IT MELTED IN MY MOUTH. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. MOUTH WATERING DELICIOUS. THE FRIES WERE ALSO DELICIOUS. AND STAYED CRISPY.
THE UNSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY CLEAN, AS WAS THE RESTROOM.
THE TEAM MEMBERS WORK VERY HARD.
MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT WHATABURGER, WAS AMAZING.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AT THIS WHATABURGER.

Stopped at this Whataburger with my family and oh wow. The burgers were cooked perfectly. We have visited multiple Whataburgers in multiple states and this one was by far the best. The meat was juicy and was on point. Our cashier was Judith and she was amazing. Incredibly friendly and professional.
First time at Whataburger. Wasn’t sure what to order so I asked Mallory the young lady behind the counter. She suggested the sweet and spicy bacon burger. I went with a large meal I took my order number to the cleanest table. There were several several dirty ones a few minutes later, a young gentleman approached me with a tray of my food and a tray of sauces. He was miserable. Obviously having a bad day I hope his day got better, the burger was absolutely delicious. I’m so glad I went with Malory‘s suggestion. The fries were thin very close to McDonald’s. I prefer thicker fries the drink was absolutely huge. Can’t wait to go to another Whataburger.
We ordered our food for our family of 5. They decided to have a meeting of some sort that delayed our food for 30 minutes. They would have made us wait longer but we threw a fit. Discussing customer service by the managers. Also while we were waiting for so long we noticed several employees eating food while making food. Yuck!!!
Great food as always. Took a little long to get my curbside order but they gave me extra onion rings so it's all good!
