Went for lunch break and our food was disgusting onion rings were burnt when asking for a manager they ignored us and refused us in replacing the food very bad customer service after asking we had asked for our money back and manager kept rolling her eyes at us acting like rude towards us but then her friends got there and was giving food away without them paying

Staff are friendly but service was slow inside. Chicken strips are usually too small. Why is there such a problem with consistency. Food is always good though. I recommend the biscuits and gravy.

Curbside seems to always move smooth and quick, while still making my onion rings fresh. The salads are always fresh with superb type of greens used

My husband went to eat at Whataburger around 9 p.m. last night and we had the pleasure of having Katrina take our order. She was very pleasant and seemed to know what she was doing. She didn't question the order, so we hoped she got it right. We got our order exactly, the way we wanted and she even came to our table to bring the extra items I had asked for. She later, came by to ask if everything was fine and if we needed anything else. She went around, doing the same for everyone, moving quickly, but giving everyone undivided attention. Katrina had a small break from taking orders, so she went to the drink area and tidied up. Now a days, we don't expect good service at all, much less going beyond your duties, but Katrina gave me my faith back in humanity. She reminded me of one of Gene Wilder's quotes from "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" "So shines a good deed in a weary world". My first job as a teenager was with Whataburger. They taught us morals, showing us videos about the "Golden Rule". I believe that I am a good and kind person and I really believe they showed me the right path. Thank you Whataburger for continuing to produce kind-hearted individuals...

Ordered ahead on the app checked in when I got there then after waiting over 15 minutes had to go to the drive through to ask for my order. Also didn't receive a fork or napkins and ate my breakfast bowl with my hands lol I like Whataburger they can do better

Once again hitting up my favorite burger joint. Whataburger, mmmmmmmm so delicious. This store was clean outside. No chance to see inside since I ordered via drive thru. Fast friendly staff, repeated my order back to me. The French fries were on the cold side but nothing an air fryer or microwave couldn't fix.

Everything is fine except for consistency on burger prep. This last time burger was swimming in mustard n they forgot or didn't put onions. 66% of the time it's right.. 1 out 3. just not enjoyable when it's not right...

Burger was so dry, bun was smashed and dry. Seemed like the burger had just been sitting around because no one was in the drive though and my burger was ready immediately like they definitely didn’t make it fresh. I was so disappointed. This location is always a let down and I want my $13 back :(
