When you go to Whataburger it's expected that you wait. Usually the reason is due to freshness. I waited at the window for 20 minutes, only to receive a dry, not fresh spicy chicken sandwich and cold fries. I expected this to be because Whataburger serves fresh but obviously it was not the case today. The woman at the window was able to make 7 with no room to sit them before I got my meal. My advice is to replace the crew or do better!

Ordered on line. Arrived and was durected to back of line behind others ordering at counter. Strike one. Adding photo of most pathetic Cobb Salad / no chicken, I received from any Whataburger, ever. Strike two. This isn't baseball so, there is no third strike because I will not be visiting this Whataburger again.

I'm disappointed in this one. Got my order wrong not once, but 3 times. And today, their fries taste like onions. Me, I ain't much of an onion fan, my stomach was very much upset. They also put onions in my sandwich, I asked not to, even had it on the receipt. They are known some what for their wrong orders in my household honestly. I also asked for bbq, they didnt give it to me. I'm disappointed very much

It's a rarity that I eat here. Mainly because I don't live too close to one. I've always enjoyed the food though. This particular visit however I did plan on leaving a Google review and it just so happens that their power had gone out right before I pulled into the drive thru. The woman working the drive thru explained and I had no problem waiting for their systems to come back online. It worked in my favor because after they made my order they were still having issues with their pos systems and rather than throw my order away they just gave it to me on the house. Thank you Whataburger for making this visit memorable. The burger was extra delicious this time. ????????

Order was ready 25 min after we ordered with 6 customers coming after us and getting their order right away. They just forgot about our order. They gave us an apple as a sorry for the waiting. The patties were cold, the tomatoes nasty, the buns soggy and with an weird aftertaste. Spend your money somewhere else.

Finally came across a Whataburger in our travels, we’ve heard the hype and banter back and forth saying they are better or worse than In n Out so here was our chance to give it a try.

Let’s start off by saying they are not the same and we didn’t think should be compared. We are animal style fans at In n Out and are happy to have one when we are visiting areas that have one. Whataburger does have a lot more choices on their menu and had we not been needing to try a burger we probably would have opted for a chicken sandwich, we both got the bacon burger and we were both happy with the burger. Burgers had a string mustard flavor which is fine we like mustard but it almost overpowers the burger itself. Fries….well these fries are hands down 100 x better than In n Out ever even thought about being and I would venture to say best fries for a fast food joint, let’s not leave out the dipping sauce and spicy ketchup WOWZA!! So glad I had read many people talk about the pepper sauce and we also got a spicy ketchup and a jalapeño ranch dip….man o man theses sauces all had heat and flavor and would be enough for us to come back and probably order a chicken sandwich!

DO NOT GO TO THIS WHATABURGER! My husband and and got us food. We had a late night with awards assemblys and graduations. He gets all the way home and realized they didn't give us our chicken strip basket. He went all the way back up there for the manager to tell him let me go check the cameras. She comes back and says were you in the black truck because it was in there. He said no I wasn't in the black truck she goes back to check more. So here it is 10:45 and my kid still don't have her food and she has school tomorrow. She has to call her general manager. I have never had this happen! Tamera or something like that is the manager. This is absolutely ridiculous! We will not be eating whataburger ever again! If you can't afford to be open close don't treat honest customers like criminals. Why in the world would we lie about not getting a chicken strip basket and waste gas going all the way back up there if it was a lie? This is so wild! So save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! God forbid they get your order messed up you will be treated like you're trying to cheat them!

I went to the World's First Whataburger in Corpus Christi. It was incredible. This is store number something. But one way that it is similar is the friendliness and amazing burgers and fries. Good job, Whataburger.
