Did a great job with the brakes on my CR-V. Gave a very fair deal (I think he could charge more if he wants). He is very old school; he machined the rotors instead of replacing them to save cost unlike most other shops. Would recommend showing up in person to schedule an appointment, as I did not have luck calling.

John was the best deal in the Seattle area when I got quotes from several businesses for the same services. Not only was he the best price, but he also helped me to understand what I didn't need that the other companies were insisting on. It feels like having an experienced professional on my side and in my neighborhood. Even if he can't get you in same week, he is well worth the wait!

West Seattle Brake did my Jeep brake repair on a moment notice. Price was more than fair, way better than chain service centers. Have an issue this is the place to go if you live in West Seattle.
John was amazing. Took our Audi Q5 here to get the wheel alignment done and he charged us less than we were ever quoted ANYWHERE in Seattle. Not just the price but his customer service is amazing. He was honest and upfront about his schedule and helped us book an appointment for a later date. On the day off, we handed over our car and it was ready for pickup in an hours time.
We also wanted to get our brake pads repaired but John was honest about not being familiar on getting these done for our Q5 (which we honestly appreciated). All in all John will be our go to person for wheel alignment and any brake issues we run into in the near future. Thank you for being realistic and reasonable with your prices and providing outstanding customer service to us.
Just what I needed, an honest mechanic at a reasonable price with a quick turnaround. John not only fixed my brakes, but gave me all the info on what else I'll need to have repaired on my old Chevy truck. A real good experience all around. Can't thank him enough for his work.
