Now that Lloyds has become West Kingsdown Pharmacy, it has greatly improved. The staff are helpful, friendly and best of all....my repeat prescription meds have always been ready and in stock on collection, whereas before..on several occasions it wasn't even done, or items were 'on order' despite being requested a week or so beforehand. Keep up the good work....much appreciated...Thank You!!!
Been having regular repeat prescriptions. Very professional staff. Absolutely amazing service today where they went out of their way to get my sons medicine which was urgent. Really grateful for them going the extra mile
Staff always helpful. Love the new lighting.
Initially they found they didn't stock the strength of antibiotic I was prescribed. So when I returned having found no one locally did, Rani phoned my dental practice and spent ages on hold to try to resolve the matter for me. Can't say how grateful I am for Rani going the extra mile and then some.
Am now having my prescriptions sent through to Thales chemist in Swanley. This Lloyds pharmacy is a disgrace. Just been to collect an urgent prescription sent through by my doctor. 11.30 am and once again not open because the pharmacist is not on the premises. This happens so regularly. I am livid. Tried phoning but I presume they leave the phone off the hook because it just gives the engaged signal all the time. Something needs to be done to sort this out.
If i could rate less stars I would. The main pharmacist RANI is awful. EXTREMELY RUDE. I have NEVER been into a chemist and received such poor attitude. I've been in there 6 times now and each time has been the same. Only two nice staff members is the young lad with blonde hair and young blonde lady. Im not surprised all of the reviews say the same thing. AWFUL people. as a pharmacist there should be a compassion and delicate approach to how you speak to customers. 3 out of the 6 times I've been in there and have asked this Rani lady a question she has each time walked off half way through me talking. I understand you have things to do and you're busy however as a customer I am standing in front of you asking for your professional opinion and would like a decent consultation on which product to purchase. Ive never been greeted by this lady and my sister has received the same approach. As a result of this i have requested my doctor to no longer send my prescriptions to this chemist and have it sent elsewhere. awful chemist. Id advise Lloyds looking to hire a new pharmacist as it seems this complaint is frequent. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDED !!
Came out in tears due to the pharmacist, always very rude but she wouldn’t hand over my prescription without me telling her ‘what’s wrong with me’. Held it out in front of me and pulled it back when I reached for it saying I was too young to possibly need it. The prescription was done by my doctor, I have since confirmed with Lloyds that she indeed does not need to know my health condition for a prescription done by my GP. I refused to tell her and she eventually gave me it, i then asked where the migraine medication was and she would only show me paracetamol saying that ‘I obviously only like the strong ones’. Suggesting I’m seeking opiates perhaps. I don’t think my one prescription for nerve pain and one pack of Ibuprofen constitutes concern I believe it was more judgement on her behalf. With the misconception that young people cannot be that unwell or disabled. I’m in my 20’s with a walking stick, however it appeared she still felt the need to doubt my condition. I have complained to Lloyds.
However, on a positive note. The young man John who works there goes above and beyond to help people. He really does help people and appears to take pride in helping them. A credit to your team.
Went down to the chemist today pick up prescription up Jamaican lady there absolutely rude definitely got an attitude problem should be working
