I recently visited West GA Nails and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and the staff was incredibly welcoming. My technician, Alex, was not only wonderful but also incredibly careful and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. Alex took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly.

Jodie, Alex, Justin, and the rest of the salon go above and beyond to make each experience magnificent. Each tech takes their time, speaks to you kindly and chats about your life. The salon is very welcoming and is a lovely environment. The managers are wonderful individuals who exude all the qualifications of smart, good business owners. I would recommend this salon to anyone; for any service.
They have the highest price in town. It’s ridiculous, you show them pictures of what you want and they tell you a price, which it’s always way above $50.50 for a basic full set with gel. They also don’t even clean your nails before putting on a new set. Their BASIC pedicure is super high. Their quality of products is not the best, and they also make your nail beds very thin. Honestly if they could work on their prices, I think they would be very successful.
I love getting pedicures here because they are fast. It’s not clean at all. They WAYY over charge for a fill in with two broken nails that THEY did!! I won’t be back for fingernails. Absolutely absurd.
And I still have to fill them when I got home because they were so sharp they were catching on things!
I went for 2 services and they whisk you in for a pedicure while dremmeling the old acrylic off your fingernails. This means no relaxing pedicure because they have the one person on the side of you as you hand them your opposite arm which is not comfortable at all. I want to use the chair massage feature and enjoy my pamper time. It’s like the wizard of oz assembly line with the cowardly lion getting everything done at once.. the pedicure was fine but she literally spoke or understood zero English (I tried to communicate that I had a sore toe and she kept picking at it w the cuticle remover). The guy who dremmeled my nails cut me 3 times on the right hand (yes, one bled and looks awful). He needs practice (he was young) and I don’t want to be his practice if it means I’m bleeding and hurt. The fill in and gel polish was okay at best. My feedback to the owner would be: let people decide if they want 2 services done separately because not all of us are in a rush to get in and out. Also, please provide more training so that the techs know how to file with that powerful file. No one should be hurt or bleeding; my nail experience should leave me feeling good and not stressed and hurt.
I walked in today and asked for an acrylic set and was beyond pleased with the service. Friendly staff and clean workspace. The man who did my nails was kind and took his time with my nails. Did not skip a beat and will definitely be back for my next appointment. <3
Alex is the best hands down. He never disappoints. There is nothing he can’t do. I show him pictures of what I want and he makes it happen. He is very thorough and makes me leave with a smile every time.
ridiculous i went in to get the set i always get witch is long french with a initial for $75 i went in wanting the same thing just different color french and they charge me $75 for small french with “jell” and no initial. when he got done i asked where my initial was and he said he cant do it anymore because it was difficult last time . he didn’t say anything when i told him that’s what i wanted he said something when he was done . i walk out and the second i get home there already peeling !!!! i called and explained she said she would give me my money back i have a very busy job so i call again 3 days after on my off day and he says he’s charging me to take them off and im not getting anything back ???? completely ridiculous service .
