After suffering with a long standing fault that yesterday began wrecking havoc with my electrical system I took the car into West End with not a lot of hope that it could be resolved quickly or cheaply. Andy was amazing, polite, courteous and really knows his stuff. He change all the faulty bulbs as well as cleaned contacts and sorted out the leak that was the cause of the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend in future. Thanks again.
West End are really reliable and honest. They checked my car and advised on the work that needed doing and were very clear about the work needed.
They have also helped family members out when stuck and always go above and beyond with their service - I would trust them with any work needed on my car.
I was experiencing some issues with my vehicle and as such needed the help of a mechanic. As I'm working just around the corner I thought why not walk around to West End Garage. I spoke to Andy at 13:30 who told me if I was able to get my vehicle there by 14:30 he'd have a look and see what needed to be done, He didn't make any promises that it would be resolved on the day. Andy not only had a look but also resolved my problem by 16:00 and gave me a ring to let me know the car was ready for collection. I couldn't have asked for a better level of service from Andy. West End Garage and Andy in particular come highly recommended, they are professionals that know that they are doing. Thanks again Andy, I really appreciate your help.
Love these guys Andy and Gary professional mechanics. Really try to help you out. They don't rip you off. They will always do what they can do. To get your car back doing what it should be doing. That's driving. They can get busy, but they'll always advise you on the phone if they can help you. Really got some good lads down there and I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. Don't go to to these stupid high street franchisee. Who want to ripp you off. I really like this garage. It reminds me of how things use to be. Honest days work for a honest day's pay..
