Chuck and his courteous and extremely professional staff did an amazing job transforming my 2019 Mustang GT. The level and quality of care supersedes any paint and body shop I have been to. I had a small fender bender when the driver behind me didn't put her breaks on. So off I went to my insurance company after the police were called to file a report. My insurance company recommended West Coast Collision, and I am so grateful that they told me about this wonderful Collision Repair Center. Mr. Kervin Moreno took care of my situation with the paper work. He kept me informed about what was going on. My insurance company had already sent out a check to be paid for the damages, but there were "hidden" damages, because I used an app to take photos of the accident. Consequently, an appraiser had to come out and inspect the hidden damages. I was so glad about West Coast Collision finding this damaged part, which was the Blind Spot Sensor, that needed to be replaced. I can't imagine the headaches I would've suffered if my insurance company closed my claim without this discovery of the hidden damages. Again, I was so happy that West Coast Collision found this damage that was done which the photos did not show. When the car was ready, my husband went to pick it up, and when I saw it, I was so pleased with the work that was done, it looked brand new. Also, it looked like the car was washed and waxed, it was so shiny, and the inside was cleaned and the mats were even cleaned! What GREAT service I received from this place. If ever I need a car repair in the future, which I hope I don't, I would definitely bring it here, and I would also recommend this place and give it two thumbs up and 5 stars!
Did a fantastic job car looks brand new! Cleaned the inside and outside of our car too! Accidents happen sometimes and these guys gave great service to help us get our car back on the road. Hope to never have to use them again but if it does they will definitely have our business again for the repairs.
Excellent company, heads up to Chuck & Kervin for keeping all promises made. I can be a pain at times but these guys got the job completed. My Mini looks great again. When you get in a accident it can be stressful but Kervin managed to keep me updated on the repairs, calls to the insurance company & car rental company. Chuck genuinely made sure I was happy & satisfied with my car before I signed off on their work. Well done guys, thank you.
The BEST!!! I brought my 7-yr-old VW Beetle into WCC to see if they could repaint a faded fender to match the rest of the car. Yellow is not an easy color to match. They did a FANTASTIC job!! They expected to have the car for 3 days, and got the job done in two. AND... the car was completely detailed when I picked it up! I was soooo impressed!! Love this place, and the staff is awesome. Excellent place to do business. I highly recommend West Coast Collision for any and all of your collision or paint needs.

I had the pleasure of recently working with West Coast Collision on a repair to my car. They did a phenomenal job and the car looks better than new. On top of that they were very professional and easy to work with. Chuck and his team run a first class operation. Lynn at the front desk is wonderful to work with. Having taken a tour of the facility, it is immaculate (without question the nicest body shop I've ever seen). The unfortunate reality is that at some point we all need a good body shop. My wife and I are snowbirds that had some damage to the rear of our vehicle. We looked at some reviews, and decided to take it to West Coast Collision.
We had Chuck (owner) give us an estimate for repairing the damage, and he gave us a short tour of the shop as well. (very clean). We found him to be very personable as well as professional. The repair was done in just over a week and we were very happy with the results. They were able to straighten out the bumper as opposed to replacing it with a new one, thereby saving us about $800 off the original estimate.
Our experience with the work and staff at West Coast was a very positive one, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!
