I rarely leave negative reviews, especially one star. I've had three experiences at this Wendy's, each worse than the rest. Of the three times the fastest I've made it through the drive-thru is 15 minutes, and that's with no one in front of me. Today I was on a work call, so I wasn't in a hurry luckily. I was politely asked to wait multiple times, 20 minutes later the lady asked what I would like to order. I was then told that they were out of fries, they were out of lemonade, they're Sprite was mixed with fruit punch, and they were unable to get into their freezer. I do as a whole love Wendy's, but unfortunately I won't be able to return to this Wendy's. If this was a one-off experience at this location it wouldn't bother me that much, but every time is something else.
This restaurant deserves 0 stars. My husband purchased a chicken breakfast sandwich this morning that wasn't cooked. I'm glad I checked my sandwich before I took another bite. If I get sick I’m suing.
Very unprofessional for a manager to talk to the employees that is on shift currently. As I am writing this review. The manager yelled from to be yell at a female employee. When is your next day at work. Because I have a write up, for you on your next shift. She was so busy yelling at store employees. To the point we had to leave our food on the counter. As it was shift change and our food just set there getting cold. Need better management as all employees looked defeated.
Typical poor fast food restaurant. I'm done with all fast food anymore, they just get worse and worse and the quality is bad and prices too high for what you get. Sat in this drive thru for 15 minutes at the screen and was never acknowledged. Pulled up to window and they wouldn't take my simple order. I left and won't be back.
I spent 45 mins at this location after ordering off the mobile app because the staff didn't know how to look up my order. Then they parked me and brought me the wrong order. I wasn't til I got out of the car and approached the manager that they finally got my order right. At least the food was fresh when it got to me.
Worse place to place to order you meals... waiting time depending, & services is ????. People are lazy & they just don't wanna make it. Good luck to your order due based on my experienced I went to pick up the orders they said they're not available (apple salad).. at least they let me knoe... the 2nd time the manager said it is the bag but it is not !!! I went deliver it, the customer called said it wasn't in the bag. Make us as a food deliver like an idiot period!!!
I walked into this store to order food. I stood at the counter for what felt like 5 minutes. I had 5 employees look at me, 3 physically walk by and not say one word to me. One person made the comment that there was someone at the front counter and they were just standing around. Doing absolutely nothing. No one was working. I walked out and drove to Burger King down the road.
A terrible experience. The food was by the loosest possible definition cooked. The fries were soggy. The burger had hard buns. Everything about the taste of the food clashed with the fact that every piece of it was not fresh. The service was horrible. The people rushed us along and were very rude. I will never be returning to this establishment and I suggest you never do as well
