How do u replace the patty with nuggets? And why isn’t the meat all the way cooked!! Always poor service here and poor attention to detail but they ok this type of service here!! Anywhere else you get fresh food made right not here
Don’t waste your time or money. Lights apparently have been out for over 5 months now with no repair. Not safe. Can’t even see menu to order. Rude drive thru, girl nearly threw food through the window and then slammed it shut. Burgers were cold and had no sauce on them at all?
This place is a hot mess. No customer service all kids just messing around. I ordered 1 double cheese burger and it was given to someone else. I waited a total of 15 or so for 1 burger no fries no drink. Needs new mgr at this store
I've never had anything that wasn't what it's supposed to be. The staff is always friendly and polite.
Since they remodeled there lobby is the Beautiful. With the flat screen TV's and the seating you have your choice of traditional booth type seats or untraditional friendly gathering spot.
This is my favorite Wendy's, in the Denver Metro Area.
I can't think of anything that they need to improve on. The Drive Threw is a bit faster then most. It's always been clean everytime I've went there. They have never given me a reason to complain or be upset. The staff is k knowledgeable and appear to be good at what they do!
I would recomend eating at this location. And its right off the hwy.
I threw up the food I had ordered and ate as soon as I was done eating which is ridiculous! I had some fries that were mostly mushy, not fresh, not hot and old. I had spicy nuggets that were also not hot and seemed like they were sitting out for a while. I had a double cheeseburger which I vomited in the Wendy’s bag while driving! It was horrible, I didn’t finish the frosty because who knows what could possibly be wrong with that! So there must have been some unclean practices going on or hair or employees playing over the food or something because for me to throw up like that means the food was dirty or contaminated somehow. I am very dissatisfied, disgusted and disappointed with Wendy’s food and the employees right now. I will be telling others about my experience and I’m never eating at Wendy’s again!
The floor around sisa machine was sticky from spilled soda, and I told an employee, and the manager And nobody even bothered to clean it up. There was 3 guest, and the other workers walked away when I mentioned it.
My French fries were cold, the drink station was sticky, dirty with napkins and lids.
The trash was full to the top, and this place was a horrible place to eat.
Very disappointed.
This location is exactly what I've come to expect from Wendy's. Unlike other fastfood places the employees here seem to like and enjoy their jobs, they're not grumpy mad that another customer came in. The manager was very helpful as well and imo went above and beyond to help me using the app. Thank you again
I've ordered form the drive through at this location a few times now and have never had an issue with my order. Always hot, fresh and just what I expected.
