This place is disgusting. Today is the SECOND time i get a ghost pepper sandwich from here that has slimy water inside. Idk if its undercooked or its bad food. Also they ALWAYS serve the wrong drink or give you drinks that they have had sitting for a long time. This place should shut down
Plastic in my food, wrapped in with my sandwhich! I ordered a chicken sandwhich with fries…regardless this is so unacceptable and nasty.
This location is always making excuses or messing things up. Apparently they are not allowing us to to place an order through the drive thru they are only accepting orders from the mobile app and then their app isn’t working right. If they are trying to get paid without actually working they are doing a good job of that.
please talk to the workers that worked Sunday December 10th at 9:30am, very unprofessional. Lady who took my orders name was DMARIONIA. Wouldnt stop laughing and talking about this man eating her butt. I was waiting patiently for my remade coffee because she put cream in sugar when i asked for plain. My food was cold by the time i got to sit down. Itd be nice if they were taught about having a sense of urgency, doing this job right is important especially for controlling food temperatures, on top of that, i didn’t want cream and sugar but Dmarionia wouldve known that if she was listening to me.
Placed an order on Uber eats around 1 in the morning. They close at 3. I went through probably 3-4 drivers going there and then canceling the pickup. I thought about canceling my order as well. Then last driver had to convince them to make the food since by the time he got there it would’ve been an hour before closing. They made it, the food got delivered, and most of my food was cold. I had to wait over an hour for cold food because they didn’t want to make it????????♂️
They Keep messing up my order 3 times already, but food is food, price are Still the same,
This is the worst Wendy’s ever they never have anything and are consistently rude.. on this day 9/29/2017 at 11:45 I came Through the drive Thur and was yelled at that it would be 10 to 15 I said ok waited and ordered while ordering I was informed that they were out of tea. So I asked for a mango/peach lemonade and was told I couldn’t get that and that’s not how they do things so I responded with “the last time I came they made my tea a lemonade before telling me and told me that was the procedure when they were out of tea” she responded with ok but they weren’t suppose to do that and I don’t have a way of ringing it up so what’s your drink I ordered a sprite and drive to the window where I had to wait and additional 10 (20 mins in the drive Thur) to get my food. I live 5mins away get home my foods cold and the fries are old and re-cooked. I got no receipt so I posted here since I can’t with them....Sadly I don’t think I will be revisiting.
Wouldve been nice is my burger had a bottom... and I asked for no onions... seriously tho... bad
